★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was working out front of this coffee shop (landscaping, making the overall appearance of this coffee shops green space, tidier & cleaner). I proceed to go in to politely use the washroom and I get a reply snarky reply- for customers only. This is acceptable if it was said politely and I had stated I’d be purchasing a coffee on my 15 minute break. The girl proceeded to be extremely rude so I just left. Literally couldn’t believe the customer service. Disrespectful. Typical coal harbour behaviour lmao. 0/10 go to the cafe by cardero’s instead :)

I got the ham omlette with gluten-free bread (it's not listed as an option on the menu but they did have it. Yay!) And it was loaded with veg and ham. My partner got a ham and cheese bagel sammy which is pretty hard to mess up. Both dishes were served with a nice portion of assorted fresh fruit which was a pleasant surprise.
The making of the siphon coffee was a cool experience as well - I think it was kinda science-y(?) and a play on the theme of Breaking Bad.
This local regulars were ravibg about the baked goods (e.g. tea cakes), but I was too full to try any.
Overall, I would recommend this quaint little coffee shop for a cozy and tasteful experience ?

The combination of my salmon omelette, white mocha, and our new friends who just arrived from Singapore, are just too much to resist. Overwhelming, in fact.
