β β β β β Had a great experience with getting my dog groomed here. Staff is friendly and professional and dog came back dry, clean smelling, and fluffy.
Many other place returns my dog moist and smelling of wet dog.
High recommended.

β β β β β I never write reviews but this time I felt obligated to. This was the most I've ever paid for grooming and also the worst grooming job my dog has ever received. I am extremely unhappy with the service for 3 reasons:
1) The groomer attempted to charge me extra for dematting, even though I did not book for that service. Besides the fact that I brush my dog everyday so she was far from needing dematting -- even if the groomer felt that dematting was necessary, it is not right to go ahead with it without consulting with the customer first. (The staff eventually took off the charge).
2) I found several red spots on my dog's skin (shown in attached photos).
3) For how much they're charging, this was by far the worst and sloppiest grooming job I've ever seen. There were a lot of uneven parts that I had to trim off myself (shown in attached photos).
I felt very bad for putting my dog with this groomer. My dog is a sweetheart who loves everyone, yet she actually appeared to be afraid of this groomer.
(According to the online booking, the groomer I got was Kristy. She never introduced herself though and I never asked, so I can not verify if she's actually called Kristy or if she's someone else.)

β β β β β Three times I attempted to support this local business but they're extremely expensive, and don't get customer service. I paid $150 to get my little puppy cleaned and cut, and afterwards was told I could simply bring him back in if any touchups were required. But when I went to do so, was then told they were too busy for the next two months to honour their word. That was the last time my puppy will be going there - run the other way!

β β β β β I think for the full service on my senior pugs mouth, he barely has teeth so I think the $200 charge is overpriced for 45 minutes. I bring him here once a year and his breath is always fresh when I pick him up! I like how they donβt use sedation on the dogs

β β β β β Maki is not only good at making my dog look good but also extremely professional and kind. I never feel rushed and I am so grateful for her taking time with my extremely scared puppy to warm up to her before she starts grooming her.

We're so grateful to be able to come back to her; Jenny's patience and expertise affects us beyond the grooming session alone, supporting my dog's health and wellbeing.
The store has a well-curated inventory of quality goods for dogs (and cats), coupled with transparent insights from all staff members. So many thank you's!

β β β β β Thereβs only one thing more important than your service dog, and thatβs a groomer that treats animals with love and respect. David and the staff at Dashing Dawgs is the place to go to in Vancouver. My only suggestion-call ahead for an appointment because I'm not the only one who loves this location!

β β β β β Lilly got groomed yesterday and im VERY happy about it. Also im very happy they don't put those ultra tacky perfumes on dogs smelling way too strong and unnatural. Lilly is beautiful now and smell just like clean fresh. Thank you!
