と	とっとこちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本人経営だからとか日本語対応とかあるけれど、中身はカナダ品質？だと思うので、日本人は日本人系である事に期待はしない方が良いと思う。1日のレンタル料は保険等込みでリーズナブルな値段。日本人女性が対応してくださいましたが、契約に当たっての書面は英語で、説明もなく読んでサインするのみ。当日は予約していた車ではなく、初めての慣れない場所なので、予約していたGPSが手配できないとのこと。車は仕方ないとしてもGPS無しでシアトルに行くのは容易ではなく、困ってしまった。お店の人に教えてもらった携帯のアプリで試してみたが、小さな画面で要領を得ない。持参していたi-PadとWi-Fiルーターで何とか行くことができた。日本ではあり得ない対応だと思う。追記しました。私は日本人旅行者に向けて、日本人の経営者だからと思い、細やかなサービスを期待しないでほしいとアドバイスしています。なぜならそこはカナダなのですから。私のコメントを読み、事前予約してもこのような事もあるのだとお知らせしたかったのです。私が昨年の夏に、こちらで受けたサービスは、上記に書いた通りです。私の評価が変わることはありませんし、私の受けたサービスがどの様なもので、それに対してどのように思ったのかを知るのは私だけです。それを他の誰かに評価されるのは不愉快です。 Although it is Japanese management or Japanese correspondence, the contents are Canada quality? Another reviewer mentioned that their service is not up to the Japanese standard. Are you serious? This is Canada, not Japan. I am not expecting Japanese service (like robotic service, domo arigato Mr. Roboto?) but rather friendly Canadian service (more human touch to it) instead. Keep up the good work, Bayshore Easy Drive!
