They kindly found the right car for us even if our request was last minute!! Thank you again for your prompt reply and help Omar. We enjoyed our weekend, the car is clean, new and nice to drive! The car was great to drive, and I needed to extend my rental for one week, which was easy to do without any hassles. I would recommend Vancity Car Rentals without any hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful customer service. We (my wife and I) booked the car, bur he offered us so many other alternative options. And was so patient with all of my questions. I did rent a car many times in the States,, Europe or Canada, I've never got such a attention and easy going. The car I got, was clean inside and out and had it for fourteen days and no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, good clean cars and convenient city location. Ruzeen is a great ambassador for Vancouver city and very helpful and accomodating. Rental process was quick and efficient both at pickup and at return. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Vancouver. I would rent again from them before going with national chains, rates are very competitive and you get good safe cars. Kudos to Vancouver car rental team. Good job overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was 10/10, they were SO accommodating. We wanted an early rental so we could make the 8:30 am ferry to the island, and they were so helpful to allow us to set up a before hours pick up. Super super responsive, sometimes within minutes of emailing even after hours, which was unnecessary but very helpful!! The location is great, central downtown and easy to get to. Could not recommend more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental I’ve ever been to! First we had to wait 1,5 hours (!!!) to get the car. The person did not listen to us at all and we had to re-do it often. He also had a lot of extra costs when we came there which we were not aware off! Over all bad experiences! When we brought back the car they said there is a shuttle but it was really unorganised and took way too long. Overall the staff was not professional and the car had a lot of damages to it. Would not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After two failed attempts with 3rd parties online, I decided to search for local renters and called Vancity after a quick google search. They were very courteous and confirmed my reservation quickly. Do note that the location is inside a Holiday Inn and there's probably only one staff member manning the reception.
However, that didn't deter the experience - Omar was very professional during the renting and drop off process. Also, I had a great time driving this Mustang!
