★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EZ Dog is the best spot in Gastown/downtown core with great results! My Pom is ready to stop crowds after every cut. They have kept his coat looking fresh. The owner is very educated in the field of dog grooming and from my experience they are experts at removing matted hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Just moved to Vancouver at the beginning of the month and this place has been our saving grace. Our 9 month old bernadoodle has had some awkwardness readjusting to the new business of the city, we dropped him off to the EZ dog day care and he came out like he was a new pup, we will definitely be singing him up again to make some more friends and bring him up out of his shell. A few days ago We got him groomed, he looked like a giant bear and he came out looking pristine, I could finally see his beautiful eyes, his fur so soft and he smelt of flowers. Farrel and his team are wonderful and caring. Definitely recommend. Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to Vancouver for work and took my 3 year old corgi, London to EZ for boarding for 5 days. She has never stayed with anyone but family and friends so of course I was nervous - but they took the best care of her and sent so many messages, videos and pictures everyday to assure me she was in great hands. They take your dog home with them in the evening and take them to the shop during the day so no kennels or scary environment! I saw her interacting with the owners dogs, other boarders and daycare goers, many walks, play and always with a huge smile on her face. I couldnt recommend them more if you want a place to trust your pets with! Thank you guys so much - youre my go to for boarding, daycare and grooming forever ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farrell’s grooming service and general manner are beyond the best. It’s hard to even write this cause I don’t want him to get too busy! But honestly. Any dog in his care is a lucky pup! I feel like his grooming is far more attentive and caring then other places I’ve been and proving is fair. My pup is a bit anxious in these situations and Farrell’s calm and kind demeanour put her and I at ease. This is the kind of caring business that I feel amazing supporting and promoting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here once and you’ll be going for life. This is a place that really cares for your doggy and has everything you need! I have been taking Chester for grooming since he was a baby 8 years ago and I would never go anywhere else. 10/10 every time. Friendly happy service great grooming and reliable day care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog Mylo here to get his very first grooming. I was in Vancouver for the day so I called and they got me in within a couple hours which was awesome. And I dropped Mylo off and he was done within the hour and he looked so cute! I'm extremely happy with the groom they did on him. I was surprised that they were able to cut his hair so perfect knowing how timid my puppy can be. If I lived in Vancouver I would definitely be a regular customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite a huge scheduling error on my part (I booked online, which was easy and straight forward) I brought my puppy in two days early to get groomed. Farrell was able to accommodate my mistake and gave Taco his very first haircut.
Somehow juggling what seemed like a huge pack of dogs in the back with a calm, cool, and collected demeanor Farrell completed the cut in less than two hours.
Taco looks so handsome and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for being so great!
