d	darren huenefeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend not going here. During our previous visit we had requested our dog Toki to not have his hair cut too short. This is due to a health issue as he was a rescue and malnourished. You could feel and see his spine/ribs, the additional fur was to keep him warm. When he was picked up he had clearly been completely shaved. We complained and was offered a complimentary return visit. Fair enough.... We just utilized our return visit today and picked up Toki an hour ago. His nerves in his nails are exposed!! He wont even walk more then a few steps before trying to tend to it by licking. I wish I had checked reviews as someone has experienced this exact same issued only 6 days ago and included photos. I have included my photos as well, I can only imagine how painful this experience would be. If you love your pet you will not drop them off here.

I am a very happy customer and so are their clients Denairo & Daisey ? See pictures of my pooches, they did such a great job, when I brought them in they were messy looking dogs. #doggroomermagicans

They have been taking care of my boy for a year now and I could not be happier with their amazing skills, great customer service, and all the love and acceptance for the doggos. My shiba was terrified of getting his nails cut and being left alone, but they have taken such good care of him and turned this into such a pleasant experience, he is happy to go in, and always comes out looking spectacular. Thank you for everything you do!

I called the next day to notify them of what I saw, and was told that the groomer didn't notice and they apologised. I expected some sort of offer to compensate for the injury to my dog, but was offered nothing beyond an apology. I guess they're ok with losing a customer, because I won't be bringing my dog there again.

Shout out to Emmy for the awesome grooming - my dog usually is very stressed and sad after a grooming session but he was happy and energetic when I picked him up. Thank you so much taking great care of Marlo!!

Most importantly Ozzie looked really happy afterwards and was running around asking for love from the woman working the front end. Nothing felt rushed. The price was comparable to other places despite all the extra attention. Will be back soon!
