★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Charisma! I usually book my appointments online same-day and have no problem getting in. The salon itself is clean, and they have great polish selection.
The staff are delightful, and very thorough with their work. I usually get a shellac mani which lasts about 2.5 weeks without chipping/breaking. High quality products, and always impeccable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love going to Charisma to get my nails done! The ladies there are so friendly and they always do such an amazing job. They draw the most beautiful and artistic flowers on my toes every time as well. Great prices abs excellent service. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am totally disappointed with their customor service and the way they treated customers. This was my second time here in this place and I chose it becouse two people work on your nails simultaneously and I was in a hurry that day! I asked for both schellac on my hand and foot, the foot was good but the hands were awful, too many layers of polish on my nails which made a thick look that I do not liked it. I called them and ask to change for free , they gave me time and said yes we change it!! When I went there they tried to convince me that this was normal and they cant do anything for free. They were disrespectful and after struggling they admit to remove it, so I have paid fully but not satisfied with no shellac on my nails!!! Never go back there:((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with a few friends to get manicures and pedicures. We were visiting from Toronto and found this place online. Amazing service, very professional workers. The salon was very clean and the salon chairs offered a great massage, they also did a good job following COVID protocols. If you want a relaxing and fun time, come here!

I've been in several places for nail treatments in past few years in Vancouver and the quality of work and material being used at Charisma Spa Lounge are by far the best. I always go back to Tina for my repair and polish change, she listens to my needs and makes sure she is giving me the best results. All other specialists are also great, however, it's more convenient for me to go back to a person who already knows my history and preferences. I've waited for quite a while to be hundred percent sure of the service after few visits and now I'm so confident for as long as I live in Vancouver, I will go back to Tina.
