★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave them 5 stars the first time I went in a few years ago as I initially thought my lashes looked great immediately after even though the girl who did my lashes was quite rude but I figured at least they turned out great, but unfortunately my lashes all fell off super fast within the week. I went back two or three more times after, trying to give them another chance (since I live a block away and really wanted to love it here because of the convenience) but it was the same, bad lash glue that doesn’t keep the lashes on for more than a week or two at most and lash technicians that seem annoyed you are there. A few of my friends have also gone, one just went last week in fact (feb 2022) even though I warned her against it, for a lash lift and it was terrible, she texted me right after and said “omg I should have listened to you”, the girl rushed through it she was there only 30 minutes total when it’s supposed to be a 60 minute appointment and you literally can’t tell she got anything done her lashes look the exact same as before she went. Wish I loved this place since I live a block away but unfortunately not only are the products they use not good but they also don’t have good service and bedside manner. I’ve gone to Mink Lash on Burrard like a hundred times now and they never disappoint, my friends and family go there now too—Go there instead they are amazing and you will love your lashes and your experience.

Do not get a service here!
The owner, "Simon," is an unprofessional, narrow-minded, horrible person.
He never answers the phone when you want to book an appointment or want to rearrange an appointment and take it forever to get the answer back. The decor seems cute, but it smells awful inside, super dirty on the floor; lots of hair, lashes, dirt.
When I started convo with the tech, she mentioned that he paid their employees' paycheck frequently late many many times!
The "influencer" they didn't even pay for the service while I paid full price plus tips; they get to post 5-star reviews and tag on IG for free lashes.
No wonder his other location had to shut down because of how he runs the business.
There are plenty of places that offer way better service and value you , but not this one for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Lashdoll for the first time a few weeks ago and I was very happy with the service and my lashes! The lash tech was so experienced and friendly :) I have every sensitive eyes and I didn't feel any discomfort! I'm definitely booking in for a fill soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lash Doll Studio is probably the best lash boutique in the city! Make sure you see Sue! She does a fabulous job with classic, hybrid and volume lashes. She is quick and reliable, plus she’s picky too. She makes sure your lashes are done perfectly but on time. I’ve been lucky to work with her for almost over 2 years now and I haven’t looked back!
