The doctor took time to address the issues I wanted to correct and also took time to map out my face to plan a treatment that would look most natural and best for my skin down the road as well as instant results. โ โ โ โ โ I had an in-person consult with Tia Joe in order to determine what treatments were needed to deal with my skin concerns.
Tia was fantastically informative and answered my (many) queries in a lovely manner. I felt that she listened to my concerns, was truly eager to help, and was not simply trying to sell me services that wouldn't necessarily address my skin concerns.
After my consult I confidently purchased the treatments I need and can't wait to start my beautiful skin journey.

โ โ โ โ โ I cannot speak highly enough of all the smart, organized and professional women at Surface Skin Labs. I am something of a newbie in this world of anti-aging and health boosts. I work a very stressful job and I have two small children. Dr. Rootes and Tia Joe have me covered! They give excellent advice for gentle, tasteful treatments that help me look and feel rested, confident and beautiful. They also provide excellent guidance on how to maintain the course as I move in the future. I am so grateful to have found these wonderful women who I can trust!

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been going to Dr Rootes for the last 4 years, she is great! Sheโs always friendly and professional, and really listens to any thoughts or concerns you may have. Before my 1st couple treatments I was a bit nervous but she was so sweet, talked me through everything and went as slow as I wanted. Iโd highly recommend her!
