Every doctor is knowledgeable and really helpful. They can order blood tests, X-rays, prescribe medications. All without having to leave home. I highly recommend everyone use this service !!
J	Jill H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best. Got the doctor to write up and send requisition forms for blood work and x-rays in regards to urgent care needed. The emails came through confirming they were sent from the doctor. 2 days go by and both labs say they did not receive it. I had to circle back and call telus Babylon to re-confirm whether they did send them or not. The girl was friendly and said she could do it again for me and send me the req forms personally as well. Something as serious as needing blood work and X-rays should have been handled with more care and urgency. I ended up going with another clinic who would see me for a phone consultation. Same day, the new doctor I found sent in requisition forms, the labs received it. I don’t think Telus Babylon know what they’re doing. The chain of command is not the most efficient. I’ve had to speak to multiple people circling back to confirm they had done what they said they would do. I’ve had 3 different people call me in regards to different matters in one day. It’s not efficient. It’s also weird that there’s no follow up or way to reach the doctor seen in the virtual consultation. I’ve also read other reviews where their requisition forms were not sent through as well even though they said they did.

The doctors seem to actually believe me when I tell them my symptoms unlike my family doctor and walk-in clinics who tend to write off my issues without actually investigating (I have chronic illness and chronic pain)

Only one issue :- They don't have the previous clinical records. As they take our care card numbers, at least these doctors must see last two or three doctor notes of family doctor or walk in , so that doctor can treat accordingly.

The follow up was immediate and I was referred to the specialist right away. I'm really surprised at how positive my experience has been given we are in a global pandemic. Thanks Babylon and I will definitely use this service again if I ever need it. I've already recommended it to several people! Shout out to Dr. Kort Winrob - she was amazing, caring and had great bedside manners which made me feel very comfortable and safe!
