Honestly so upset. Since the new management came into play we have been super disappointed. The staff were rude and they wanted us to vaccinate our cat with vaccines our vet (who's a professional) told us not to get. It might be a good place for dogs but definitely not cats!!

I was waiting to pick my dog up from here and 1 dog got out through the front door, if I hadn't have been there to catch the dog it would've escaped and another one behind it. The dogs would've been out onto the street with no collars or identification. Whilst mistakes happen, this is a big mistake 2 dogs could've been missing. It was at least a minute before there was a staff member there to get the dog I was holding and put the other dog on a lead. We won't be taking our dog back, regardless of the extra measures they say they are implementing. It happened once and can happen again.

Very concerning and will not be taking our dog there again. On two occasions now we’ve picked up our dog after three plus days of overnight boarding smelling strongly of urine. Recently, while picking up our dog the person at the door acknowledged that our dog had not eaten. We were very concerned hearing this as we had not been contacted nor was it communicated that they had tried to correct this. While their social media posts may show happy dogs and engagement we feel strongly that their services had missed out on very basic needs for caregiving.

I dropped my dog off for an overnight stay and we we horrified when we picked him up. He was dirty and smelled. After further investigation, he had urine crusted all over him. The worst part was that he developed a rash under his two front arm pits that required a vet visit to get an ointment/antibiotics. My dog was extremely stressed when we picked him up, which is not normal when we pick him up from daycare. After speaking to management about these issues, I was met with excuses with no attempt to rectify the issue. I was advised the issues stemmed from the dog rolling around in the wet grass (which is also where the dogs urinate), and that I should have requested they bathe him before pickup. I wasn't aware this was an available service, but I am glad I didn't otherwise I wouldn't have seen the state my dog came out of this place in. My dog has a lot of experience with daycares and has never come out smelling bad, covered in urine, or rashes on him. I do not recommend this location and I hope they do not do this to any other dogs.

I worked at the Den for 1.5 years in total and it was the best job I've ever had. The amount of passion of the people that worked there inspired me everyday. It could be immensely hectic, confusing, stressful (I spent 4 years in Afghanistan as a dog handler and the den was way more stressful) but the good moments far outweighed that. I know that some people have had less than spectacular experiences, but when you're dealing with dogs, living beings that can be wonderfully unpredictable, not every moment is going to be perfect. I would recommend this place above and beyond any other business if you want to be assured that your fur baby, or snake, rat, rabbit, pig etc, is going to be cared for by people that truly love your pet as much as you do. Kirsty is not just a business owner and boss, she is an extremely passionate, intelligent and lover of animals, she has so many! Best daycare/boarding facility in Vancouver.

Love that this place is open at all hours. It has made my life manageable with my long 12 hour work days in film. It's often a juggle between my girlfriend and I to figure out what we are going to do with our pup. We love seeing the photos and the love she is getting. I'd rate 5 stars but with the change in administration some things have fallen by the wayside. Alot of their best employees quit because new management is intolerable. Corporate greed is disgusting and cutbacks will destroy an otherwise delightful and reputable business.

Amazing establishment! I've started taking my French Bulldog to the Den recently and she absolutely loves it. Kind and caring staff who truly care about the animals, lots of outdoor and indoor space, and the fact that it is open 24/7 can't be beat. Also in a great central location very close to downtown. Would highly recommend this daycare!

Been sending my puppy to the Den since she was couple of months. β€˜Baby’ Guinness is now 1yr4months and just LOVES the Den!! Great way to socialize your dog. What a fun place to be as a doggy..bouncy castles/indoor & outdoor play/pool time/special events and they even do grooming services. Open 24hrs, this place is the best. Guinness had an emergency once and Isabelle brought her to the hospital, stayed with Guinness till I could get there. This kind of service to the animals is what assures us parents that they would be loved just like at home! At a very affordable price when you get the package, Adventure Den is a must visit for all doggies..
