Excellent customer service! Jet Pet has amazing customer service. They really helped me when I was in a jam, and everyone I talked to was very friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs. They do a great job of making sure that your pet is comfortable and happy - Leia had a great time there. Highly recommended!

Our dog stayed for three nights at Jet Pet, and we’re pretty sure he had the time of his life. Ever since, he sprints towards their door and scratches to get in whenever we drop him off! As for our impression: The facilities are great and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. We would recommend Jet Pet to any dog owner in the Fairview/Olympic Village area.

We boarded our 1 year old dog for 5 days, he had a lot of fun and we enjoyed having the camera set up in the room to see that our dog was doing well at the end of each day. Unfortunately when we picked him up, he had caught a bad cough. The staff did not say anything as they "did not notice" it happening. $1,100 CAD in vet bills later and a week on antibiotics helped our dog but of course damaged the trust in the facility. The staff was great at following up and offered to provide a good will gesture if we could give them a second chance. When the opportunity arose, we got offered $100 discount overall and a bubble bath on a two week stay. The person who we were in contact originally was not available to chat and the second person assisting, refused to give us a chance to speak with our original point of contact. Very disappointing and expensive experience. If you have the opportunity of booking anywhere else, please do so for the sake of your pet's health. Edited: In response to Fay. As mentioned before, and confirming again, this is a review based on the communication and frustration experienced with the staff as a client, and encapsulates how satisfied I am with the experience after choosing your company for boarding services. We would have chosen to trust you with our dog again as you mentioned your team would do everything to ensure our dog would not get sick again, and you would try and turn the experience around. Based on several reviews mentioning dogs becoming sick with coughs after spending time in your facilities, I am unsure what steps you are taking to actually avoid this situations from happening again. You have mentioned before that you are a small business and this type of review affects you. Similarly, an $1,100CAD vet bill affects us. Perhaps it is time you brought in an experienced partner that can provide you with support towards customer service and pet safety. The dog had a good time, and as soon as my dog is able to pay his own bills, create a google account and type his own review, you will receive his version of the situation. Until then, the review stands.

The staff at JetPet are always welcoming and positive with us and our puppy. You can tell they care about all their animals and try to meet each animals individual needs as best they can. We just felt comfortable leaving our fur-baby with them right from the first day. And our puppy absolutely loves it there. He drags us to get there quicker and comes out in such a good mood every time.

We take our dog Millie Jean to daycare a couple times a week (full days) and have had nothing but positive experiences here. The employees are all great and have so much love for the dogs. The most important part of sending Millie to doggy daycare is knowing that she is safe and in good hands, which is exactly what Jet Pet provides for us (not to mention that she has so much fun and burns all her energy too!)

We love this place! The staff here are so good with our dog and clearly are animal lovers. Our dog use to be so timid and anxious so I initially was very nervous about any boarding or daycare but she’s been doing really well here! The first day I picked her up she tried to go back to the playroom. She really loves it here. We liked that they have several rooms and move dogs around to match energy levels and keep the dogs happy. I’d highly recommend this place!

My dog had recently been diagnosed with cancer and I was struggling to find accommodations I was comfortable with to deal with his special needs and circumstances. A local veterinarian recommended Jet Pet Resort, and when I emailed them they called me immediately, confirmed that they could care for my dog's condition, and helped me book his stay. During his boarding they were very communicative with questions and updates, and they even made him a special bed in their reception office when he was feeling anxious. I was very satisfied with the personal and affectionate care my dog received, it made a very stressful time more manageable.

I highly recommend Jet Pet! My dog did a trial here and absolutely loved it, she was well cared for and had fun and was safe. The people working here are super friendly, always available, and highly responsive. Upon returning for our boarding she ran in so fast, a clear indication she was happy. Prior to this we did a trial elsewhere where she responded very negatively during the trial and did not want yo return, hence ran out! Don’t let not having outdoors deter you, this place was designed to feel like they are outdoors to the dogs. And best, they truly love dogs.
