โ โ โ โ โ The staff and groomers are professional, helpful, and do a wonderful job with our little girl. She is a rescue and wasn't keen on having her face trimmed at first. Mike gave us some tips to help train her to get used to it and she gets a little better every time we bring her in. But no matter what, they take their time, they are patient with her, and she loves coming to the groomer! The prices are completely reasonable for the amazing service provided. I would highly recommend Paw Prints Grooming if you are looking for someone who will treat your pet with care and love at a reasonable price!

โ โ โ โ โ My only regrets are that I only brought in 2 (of my 3) dogs to get groomed and that 5 stars is the highest rating I can give Paw Prints team of groomers.
First Iโd like to review Ham the Pom whisperer. This gem of a gal made my babies look their absolute best.
Second, accommodating my short notice needs into their very busy schedule, they not only made me feel at complete ease but were so understanding and helped me so much by being willing to work overtime.
Third, the love and kindness they lavished on my babies, knowing them for literally hours, showed how much they really do care about their profession and the passion that drives it.
Thank you Ham and co. Iโll be back, all 3 in tow next time!!

โ โ โ โ โ My dog is an extremely reactive rescue. She was hesitant coming into the grooming salon and even tried to attack the fake dog statue they have at the front. The staff were so understanding, kept her away from other dogs, and she was done her groom an hour sooner than expected. She looks SO cute, she's happy, full of treats, and smells amazing. I'll definitely be coming back!

โ โ โ โ โ I called to get a dog haircut as she suffers from being hot most of the time I was given a time on Saturday May 21st . My daughter who owns the dog brought her for the appointment, and was then told all she was getting was a shampoo and nail clip, totally not what was asked for. The staff bulled her to have this done at an outrageous $90 double what most other places charge. Absolutely worst place ever

โ โ โ โ โ My lab always looks so fresh after taking him. The first appointment I had they did an amazing Jobe on the nail trim. The second visit, the nails weren't trimmed enough. (They were understaffed that day) It is definitely worth bringing your pet here. My sister brings her cat here to trim his long haired bum.

โ โ โ โ โ Found this place as one of the best ones in Vancouver. Saw the reviews and got an appointment after 4 week and on the day of the appointment my dog was in for four hour. He came back the way he went in! Very minor trim around his eyes and rest everything was the same. The first photo is before the appointment and the second is right after. The trim was not blended in and looked very shabby. We paid full price for the service and now have to find another place for another grooming session. Disappointed.
