Day care location is convenient to get to and the price is similar to other locations...but the ratio to staff to pets is a bit off and don't give great updates on how my puppy did. My other complaint is that my puppy seems to always be dehydrated when I pick him up. I've talked to other owners and they seem to agree with this as well. For those reading this and have a small dog, maybe consider other places, such as Petite Paws. As for grooming...they do a decent job, but tend to add a lot of additional costs. And only was able to breakdown the total after I specifically requested it (after asking a number of times). Will try to see other places for potentially grooming. TLDR: since my puppy hates it here, I will try to find another place.

I took my poodle here for a trim and the groomer didn’t do half of the stuff we asked for. Our dog also came back with some body handling issues. He tried to bite my wife when she was brushing him after his grooming appointment. My suspicion is that the groomer was overly rough with my dog causing him to have body handling issues. It took a few months of conditioning our dog before he was okay with being brushed again. On his latest groom our dog was also nicked in several locations near his groin area. We are going to go Dharma now because they are much more professional and considerate of the dog’s feelings.

A couple years ago I took my small dog to get her hair trimmed, took her home and found that she was injured in one eye, couldn’t open it. I called them and they were super dismissive (seemed like they didn’t want to go through insurance to pay for our vet costs). They kept insisting she was fine when this could not have happened anywhere else since we went from pet parlour to home. I had to call them a couple times within the week to hear any updates and every time they kept giving excuses. They cut my dogs eye and I have to chase them down to do something about it. Someone else mentioned they are rude and dismissive… and it’s true. When things go wrong they aren’t compassionate or helpful. I suggest you take your dog somewhere that actually cares for your dog and not just your money. These guys are fake nice until something goes wrong.

Did a good job on my 2 dogs grooming, paid a little more than the usual but not that much (compared to petsmart etc..) Highly recommended

My last few experiences at pet parlour have not been good, my dog was choppily groomed but I excused the poor cuts and continued to bring him to pet parlour due to misplaced loyalty. This past weekend we got him after a groom to see that there were many areas where the fur was long and didn't get cut at all, and one of the nails was bleeding as it had been cut into the quick. We were not informed about this when picking up and it's only after I called that it was acknowledged that yes the nail was bleeding. It's really unprofessional to let pet owners take a pet home after grooming and not inform that the pet has been injured and the nature of how it happened. I will not be returning to pet parlour again as this is now a pattern of poor grooming and unprofessional behavior.

In 2019, I brought my dearly loved cat to this business. I arrived at the appointment time and was told they would call me when she was ready. Four hours later, she was finally done. They complained that she peed herself during the grooming, but my poor girl waited four hours and was clearly traumatized days afterward. I felt terrible that I entrusted my girl to them.. I have since taken her elsewhere, where her grooming is done immediately at the time of the appointment. Since I can’t post this review without putting in a star level, I have had to put in one star. I hope that their service has improved and that they are not overbooking like they did with my cat. As well, the front area of the business was blocked off from the back grooming area, so I had no idea what environment my cat was being put into. Perhaps this place is better for dogs than cats?

Don't bring your dog in here if they are getting older and may be starting to have some issues associated with age. I've been bringing my dog here since 2016, and they have been doing a decent job with him up until last year. In July 2021, the cut took all day so they charged more and I didn't really question it. In his subsequent cuts, he has been also charged a "custom cut" even though the only customized request was "be careful around the skin cysts". After the grooming in November 2021, not only did the grooming cost me $168, the vet bills due to the burst cyst amounted to $500 in the following weeks. And they still charged a "custom" cut last grooming, and didn't give very good service to my sister in law who dropped him off. I feel like they have been trying to get us to go elsewhere, but I guess I didn't get the hint soon enough.
