โ โ โ โ โ In Vancouver for the week with my partner and we wanted to ride bikes around Stanley Park while visiting. We heard Spokes was the place to go and they exceeded our expectations. My partner used an electric bike as she was not feeling the best and was able to get around no problem with the assistance. The bike I had was unbelievable. Gears were so easy to change and the breaks could stop on a dime. As a result, we were able to bike to Granville Island as well!
I really liked the friendliness of the staff and we were in and out quickly so that we could enjoy our day. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a bike when in Vancouver.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience renting from these folks! Very friendly staff, wide selection of fairly new bikes, and awesome prices! We rented cruiser bikes and rode 25km with no issues. They provided us with free map, bike locks and helmets. We were able to stop along our ride without fear of the bikes being stolen! Very convenient location and gave us a fantastic opportunity to explore Vancouver.

โ โ โ โ โ The service here are amazing. Everyone working here was very pleasant to talk to, and catered to our needs when we needed mountain bikes that were good for snowy/wet terrain.
Even when we were far away and one of our back tire quick released, the gentleman that attended to us during the day promptly video called us to walk us through the steps to inspect the bike.
This is a place where I would love to come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ I couldn't believe I have gotten a Terk Emonda ALR5 at this place! I took her to Whilster and back, it performed like a dream, the 105 r7000 shifts like a butter and I couldn't be more satisfied with the drivetrain. Despite being an aluminum bike, it feels no inferior to my Canyon Endurance when it comes climbing.
Recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely great service! We rented three 1-speed cruisers with a handbrake (and helmets + bike locks were complimentary). Was perfect for the seawall. Definitely didn't need 7-speed. The bikes are extremely well-maintained, and it was nice that a person adjusted your seat before you left. Another perk is that they charge by the minute, so even if you are a few minutes late, you won't be charged another hour. Would highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Very good experience renting a road bike here. Process was easy both online and talking to staff.
The road bike they gave me was great. A trek road bike with Shimano 105s, 25c tires and most importantly hydraulic disc brakes. The bike was well tuned and gave me no troubles over the 4 days and 200kms I rode.
I recommend to anyone looking to rent a road bike in Vancouver.

โ โ โ โ โ It was my first time visiting Vancouver and I chose this place because it is closest to Stanley park. Amazing experience!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got the hybrid Trek bikes and they were amazing. Only issue was my partnerโs bike lock didnโt work and we found out 3 hours later and had to use my lock to lock both bikes up. Other than that no complaints we got our moneyโs worth and rode around all of the park in 1.5 hours then went across the Lions Gate bridge and around North Vancouver! Will definitely rent from here again itโs a very convenient location to rent and return the bikes.
