โ โ โ โ โ This is my favourite neighbourhood clinic in Vancouver. The receptionist are both kind and efficient and do their absolute best to fit you in if they can in case if an emergency. Dr Leeuwner, is also extremely kind and is both patient and thorough in his diagnosis, and does not hesitate to send you to specialist if needed. I'm very grateful to have such an excellent clinic within walking distance of where I live. Thank you to everyone here for your excellent care ?. Jennifer

โ โ โ โ โ They lack good phone, and appointment technology which makes them seem very scattered and means they needlessly contribute waste in the medical system. Kind of typical bad management of an office. Wish Dr. Andres and wife were here to whip them into shape. Work harder not smarter seems to be the approach.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the best clinic I have ever been to. The receptionist and doctors went above and beyond amazing providing service and support to me and my family members. I spoke with both the doctors on phone and in person and they listened very patiently about our concerns and they have such uplifting spirits. They also refer us to specialists and ensure that we have what we need and we know what the next steps would . The receptionists are also very friendly and booking an appointment is very smooth. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!

and this is the best so far.
The Doctors are very kind, they explain everything in detail and make you feel like a patient.
The staff is always friendly, they follow up with any appointment and never rush it in the phone.

โ โ โ โ โ Chose them after good google reviews and its been a good decision. I have started visiting them recently, and my experience so far has been great. It's a nice facility, and it's easy to book an appointment with them.The Doctor spend good amount of time with you to diagnose the health issue.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctors here are amazing to speak with. Iโve been to many walk-in clinics across Ottawa and Vancouver and this one ranks at the top for me! You can call and book pretty easily and then the wait time is really short (theyโre almost always on time +- 10 mins). The doctor I usually see was great at diagnosing any issues and providing solid recommendations moving forward. Iโll keep coming to this location.
