A	Arsham Farahavar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very lucky to meet Dr. Ali Rastikerdar as my first experience when I arrived Vancouver, not much later I asked him to become my family doctor. Ever since there was not a moment that I was over satisfied with his knowledge, skills , ... and most importantly his manner. He I love about him is his patience and how listens to you and offers a solution that both matches my medical and personal situation. My family and I are very lucky to have him.

They were able to give me an appointment for the same day and I did not wait long at all at the clinic. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend. All others are useless and don't care.

The second time they didn’t bother to set another appointment for me with another available doctor. The app shows the appointment is still booked even though it’s canceled. They don’t respond to phone call at all I tried to get them on phone to see if my appointment is still on. There are some good doctors here but the service is not!
T	Talya Nakkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was running out of my antidepressants and tried calling the office 2 days in a row and waited on the line for 20-30 mins. Couldn't reach them. So, I went down to the office and the soonest opening was in 2 days. I ran out of my meds and have been off them for 2 days now. I'm feeling irritable and not okay, and waiting for the doctor to call me at the appointed time today, but still haven't heard anything. Don't recommend this place!

I mean I would never lie to them if I did get infected but self-assumption and put in patient note like that is just unprofessional. Video appointment is totally useless. How do you examine a person health on video call. Especially something related to allergy and nasal? End up book another appointment to get physical examination again. Sucha waste of time ?
s	songsong ye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst clinic I've ever been, and they are horrible and will kill you if you are having severe issues, DON'T GO!!! I had a chronic tonsil problem for a couple of years and it's getting worse now so I went it to ask for referral to a specialist for surgery. They sent the letter to a doctor who does not do surgery and didn't want to tell me the details of the doctor to avoid me contacting them. I waited for 2 months and still don't hear from the specialist, I tried many times calling or emailing them to ask for contact info to double check the status, they ignored my contacts. Finally when I got to see the specialist, he told me he doesn't do surgery and it is stated in the shared database for doctors. I went back to this clinic and told them to refer me to another specialist who does surgery, they again didn't want to tell me the contacts until 2 weeks later I went to the front desk and forced them to give me. Then I realized, they sent my referral to the same specialist they've sent before. They just play with my illness and tried to waste my time, I'm feeling worse and worse, they tried to kill me!
