Should have read the reviews first!! Was able to speak to a Dr within 20 minutes. After that is when the problems started. Needed a note so I can return to work...was told by the Dr that I would receive a call from someone....never happened. Tried calling and got a rude women who seemed to think that over talking me would make me feel better. Not once but multiple times. Worst experience with an online Dr. Steer clear of this gong show.

I've used Tia Health twice now and both times I was blown away with how convenient it is. Both times I made an appointment for the same day, had the doctor call me before the scheduled appt time (which I liked) and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy within the hour. I'm so unbelievably impressed.

Very convenient concept! Easy to book online and provide all the necessary info pre-appointment so the actual appointment goes very quick. The doctor called pretty much right at the agreed upon time and was friendly and helpful. Sent my prescription directly to the pharmacy so all I had to do was pick up. Would definitely use again!

Appointment was on time, helpful, productive, informative, etc. Tia Health needs to fix their messaging system though. It's the only way to speak to the doctor after the call as far as I can tell. At the time of writing this review you can only send one message at a time before the doctor responds. The problem: human error. Example: I sent a message that just said "Hello Dr.XXXX,". I hit enter on my keyboard to start a new paragraph but it sent the message instead. So I had to wait for a response before I could explain myself. At the end of the day, everything worked out, but communication on the back end of the "visit" was pretty frustrating and could be easily improved.

Contacted the doctor 5pm yesterday (the appointment was 4:16, which I cant do anything but wait until 5pm), he said he is gonna send the fax to pharmarcy, by 8pm they didn’t recieve anything. Called the customer service, they said they are gonna send it within 2 hours and call me back, nothing happened until now, 10:20AM next day. I called back since I need my anti-depression meds refilled asap, customer service, and I was angry I admit it, but the customer service talk to me like they dont care, even she said β€œif you want to sue us Ican give you manager’s email” with attitude. They said the prescription will be sent within half an hour, i will see and add some detail later. And yes I dont think I did anything wrong, first I do need to take the med in long term and avoid suddenly stop, it will make lots of side effect, and when I give them my OHIP number, they can charge our gov for this and ignore the fact it did nothing useful in terms of service.

A doctor never called me. If you value your time and dislike waiting for hours for a phone call that doesn’t happen, consider a different company. Booking the appointment was easy and their platform is easy to use, but what good is that in the end. Can I have 2 hours of my life back?

It was a very nice experience since I discovered that the time booked in their schedule is not the same of your appointment. I booked an appointment at march 16, 04:30PM. I lost it because the doctor, that was located near the place I live, called me at 12:30PM. The second appointment was the same. It was booked for 07:50PM and the doctor called me at 15:50PM. Well, I continue confused with this diference of time but as I was concerned, waited in the pc since the first awarning.

Just great! I booked a same day appointment on the phone. The doctor was precisely on time, talked to me very professionally and respectfully, gave me a needed prescription. He also sent the prescription to my preferred drug store and confirmed this fact by calling me back within 3 minutes!!!! Turned out that I provided not the right fax number of my pharmacy, so he took an extra step and figured the right number out on his own and called me back to say that he had fixed it 10 minutes after my call was ended. The whole process was amazingly pain-free and super easy! I am very impressed! Great service, thank you very much!
