A	Adam Rodrigues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 0 stars if I could. One of our bikes was stolen while we were there. We had locked the bikes to a bike rack, and the thief had undone the lock. We talked to a local who said in some cases thiefs had been known to cut the locks in the area. We explained this to management, and while he was kind, he still held us responsible for paying the 382 dollar replacement on the bike. As a law student, I know you can put indemnities in contracts for "lost items" like this, but that doesn't necessarily absolve you of liability. It would be a decent claim in small claims court if I had been a local. Anyway, I also didn't understand why they didn't have insurance on their bikes for theft. that also could have covered the cost. I'm willing to adjust my review if management or ownership is willing to work with me on the replacement fees we incurred. As it is, this was a pretty terrible way to end our vacation.
A	Alex Penney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to inquire about renting a bike and waited 15 minutes for the person at the counter to finish up with the current customer. This is not a problem however when they left there was 2 other people that came in after I did to return rented bikes and I was informed that they are the priority. It didn't matter that It was waiting in line and was there for over 15 minutes. You have lost a customer for life because of that attitude.
L	Luke Weng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. I was disgusted by their service. We were renting some tandem bikes and a cruiser with friends from out of town. The prices were acceptable since they don't charge for helmets. But everything else was very poor. We never got to choose our bikes. They gave us old bikes with uneven seats. Without even teaching us how to use them, they told us that after a grace period of 15 minutes we have to bring it back within the time. They stressed that we will be fined if we're even 1 minute late. When we were riding, we never got to finish ridijg the sea wall. The bikes were in such poor condition. I've ridden many cruisers and tandems but this is the worst I have ever rode. Because the seats were badly positioned, some of us got nasty blisters from the seat because it's so uncomfortable. I'm thankful I came here because now I know NEVER to come back.

The Asian lady that worked there taught my son how to ride a 2 wheeled bike before we left and they even restarted our time. They explained the bike path of Stanley park and the route to go around the park which they said that would take a hour or an hour and a half. We took the 2 hour rate which was 18$ per cruiser bike and for the kids $9 for a junior. We got round Stanley in about 2 hours and a little past our time about 10 minutes, but the Irish girl that helped us said that was fine. Overall it was fantastic ride around Stanley park with the family ! Beautiful City! great bikes ! and would love to come again ! (maybe without the kids)

W	Wafa Anam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went in there and greeted the lady working at the desk with a “hey”. She was doing something on the computer and didn’t look up or address me at all. I assumed she’d finish up what she was doing and then talk to me. Or at least acknowledge me with a “give me a couple minutes” type of thing. I stood there in front of her for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. Then my boyfriend and I looked at each other and decided to go elsewhere. She looked up and watched us leave and didn’t say anything.
T	Taleb Ameri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is purely upon the service we experienced. We asked for a tandem bike. Paid for it and got on. Soon we realized the chains were broken. The staff didn't have any other tandem bikes. My wife couldn't ride on her own so we asked to get a refund since it wasn't our fault. We were travelling and wanted to make the best of our time, so the staff said that they would call us. The call never happened. The amount wasn't much but it was more about the principle. We wanted to ride a tandem bike, we had already paid, and all their bikes were broke. Least you would expect is a refund or a courtesy call to discuss some other compensation options. Certainly won't try them again.
