★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient parking for Canada Place and Convention Center. As of Aug 1, 2018 when we visited, the rate was $4 per 30 minutes, payable via credit card at pay machines. No attendant or gates at entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most expensive parking in that area. "All day" ends at 6pm. Careful! If you're staying longer than that you have to pay extra. Didn't know that and got a ticket for $90. Avoided all Impark locations on my remaining trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with the way Impark operates. Firstly,I get a ticket when I have already made the payment. After checking my confirmation of payment, it is realized it is a mistake. Secondly, they mentioned another notice which I did made the payment as well only that this time my confirmation shows the payment 3 min after because the App got hung up. Now, this time I am hooked because I can't prove this. Waste 30 min of my life just explaining their mistakes. Useless company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant get a hold of anyone, when you need to. They are great at taking your money bought disappear after when you need them. Email they gave me to contact them bounces from their server with a message that its not set up correctly. The online help doesn't have an option for event parking pass which is my problem. Call the number given and it is constant voicemail. No one has yet returned my message 24 hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked in one of their lots that did not have a reserved sign on it. they said it was reserved. Called them said they didn't have a sign up . they overcharged me anyways and wouldn't even take what I'd already paid towards credit.lady on the phone was swearing very unprofessional.
