โ โ โ โ โ Spa was lovely, if small. Even though there were a dozen or so people the hot tubs were full. Also there is no rule about quiet, so you have to hope that other patrons respect the space if you're looking for quiet time. There was also a large gap in the sauna door, so cold air was getting in. Looked like the door was misaligned. Services and staff were great!

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve had nothing but the best experience at this spa. I went on a weekend at afternoon and it was quiet and peaceful. The room was dimmed with beautiful calming music. I was pregnant when I got my massage done and my therapist Jo-Ann took extra care of me. She explained her step throughly and listened patiently for where I felt tight. Her pressure was right to the point and she also recommended essence oil thatโs right for pregnancy and it smelled wonderful.
When I was done I felt dizzy and within 20 min it was 3 staffs checking on me and make sure I was ok. They were very kind and caring.
The only thing was that the experience shower was under renovation during the time but it was still a great experience! Thank you Willow Spa to make my pregnancy super delightful!

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst experience Iโve ever endured with a spa! Got charged $400 for massages that didnโt happen after them not informing me on the phone that if I cancel my friends reservation with the hotel, I have to also cancel the spa one. Very very disappointed and upset :( The hotel itself is great but the spa doesnโt treat you with respect or even try to be the least bit accommodating from what Iโve experienced. Wish It couldโve been different, wouldโve been a 10/10 hotel experience! Hopefully this will make them a little nicer to their guests!

โ โ โ โ โ My friend and I came here for a girls spa night. Our appointment was the last slot of the day, so we arrived an hour early to enjoy the amenities. We really loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Both of us chose the 60-minute Willow Stream Signature Massage. The massage was super relaxing - I nearly fell asleep a few times. The only downside is the price. Overall, it was a fun experience!

โ โ โ โ โ The spa is everything you hope for a calm day. The staff were lovely. My face felt amazing after my facial and the ambiance was unmatched. Itโs upstairs in the fairmont hotel, which means you have an incredible top view of Vancouver while in one of their hot tubs!
