★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage service itself was wonderful however Spa Utopia as a company has some major improvements to make with their front of house and administrative staff. Spa Utopia charged me for my service TWICE and I noticed the next day when reviewing my banking transactions. I phoned the Spa location to discuss the matter and was left feeling like a liar and that I had to defend myself to these people. I even had to tell them what to check on their end and they figured looking at an invoice was sufficient. I've never had such a terrible customer service experience from a Spa that is supposed to be "luxury" and a place of relaxation. I can tell you from this experience, i was definitely not relaxed and was very stressed having to defend myself. Well save your money if you are looking for a luxurious and pleasant experience, go somewhere else!
I just feel bad for any tourists visiting our beautiful city that decide to use this spa and then see this as a reflection of our city, which is by far not the case. There are other spas willing to gain your repeated service and will provide you with the relaxing experience that keeps you coming back. Spa Utopia-send your staff to some BASIC customer service training and phone etiquette classes. They should have plenty of time to educate themselves and do better during this pandemic.

The sauna and steam room are great. I sure wish the pool was available.
The staff are very accommodating and competent. The spa is very clean and posh. Great escape from the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely experience while at the Spa. Everyone was very nice and the services were amazing. I got a French manicure done for the first time and they started to peel the next day. I took pictures and sent them to Spa Utopia and no one got back to me yet. I even followed up and still nothing. I paid $100 and can say I’m not too happy with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I came for massages. It wasn't my first time but it was his. We really enjoyed ourselves, and I actually found the front desk staff to be extremely accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Allison for RMT massage if you're able to get in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ultimate place for pampering and relaxation. We went early to take advantage of the steam room in the change room. Next was resting in the lounge as we waited for our first treatment. From there was a massage tailored to our needs. After a return to the lounge we were picked up and taken for facials. For me this is the moment when all the stress fades away. We finished our experience sipping chilled white wine as we had our pedicures. The ultimate in a well-earned decadent day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful spa located right downtown Vancouver. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The treatment I had was a 50 min massage. Included in my visit was access to the steam room and sauna so if you go make sure to arrive early so you can enjoy these amenities. After my treatment I enjoyed some tea and relaxation in their lounge. My therapist did exactly what I asked for. I had a lovely time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at Spa Utopia at the Pan Pacific. I went there for my annual pedicure and was assisted by Ruby, who was amazing! The overall service experience here was great! You are also able to use the sauna and steam room, they provide sandals, towels and bathrobes, so you don’t need to bring much with you.
