T	Tori Kershaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lovely, relaxing, friendly experience at Vida this afternoon. All the staff were wonderful. My massage was perfect! I indulged in a steam before leaving, it was fabulous!
S	Susan Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OVERPRICED. They do not have real licensed, registered RMTs (real masseuses) in their spa, but will charge you and arm and a leg at the check out counter. The man who did my head massage did a horrible job it felt like someone was yanking in my hair the whole time, a complete waste of time and money. I was charged $95 for it, even after pointing out that the service was horrible. Not to mention his hands felt hot and dirty and my face broke out within hours of having this man touch on my face. My mani/pedi was also total of $150 - done in a room that had no legitimate pedicure or manicure stations, the aesthetician stood up in front of me the whole time while doing my nails, after she soaked my fingers in a small little DISH and soaked my feet in what looked like a SALAD BOWL filled with warm tap water from the sink, which she had to physically get up to throw the used water back down the sink after soaking me because the mani/pedis aren’t done in a real nail station with real pedi chairs and feet soaking stations, you will be seated in a room with your fingers soaking in a saucer dish and feet soaking in a salad bowl filled with soap and warm water. At the end of my retarded massage and “mani/pedi,” the check out girl rang up a bill of almost $400 ? with no remorse and tried to charge me for 60 minutes pedicure when it was only about 30 minutes. I’ll be contacting my credit card company about this in the morning. Shop around before you book here. It isn’t worth it. Overpriced!
E	Erikka Ogrodnick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving this 5 stars because honestly it was an amazing experience, all of the staff is very friendly and professional, the spa is very clean and nicely decorated. Added to this they made sure to make the birthday we were celebrating extra special. You can access the hotel pool and gym from the spa but be aware it is the hotels so it's nothing super special. HOWEVER what really bothered me is parking is NOT FREE as a guest of the spa. Parking was insanely priced for only 2 hours. I honestly expected it to be included because we booked a package... not a deal breaker but just be aware.
M	M Keys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and underwhelming service and facility in comparison to other reputable high-end spas. - No registered massage therapists. - Steam room is tiny and it wasn’t very clean. Black and orange stain (mold?) in between tiles. - Locker/Bathroom is located outside of the spa away from the treatment rooms and is shared with hotel guests. - They use tiny paper cups to serve water in. - Bath towels are rough, not soft or fluffy, and small. - Plastic flip flops they provide is very thin and uncomfortable to walk in. I personally wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone and I will not return. I’m sure they get enough business from the hotel guests.

She took the time to explain lots of information to teach me about skin care and issues I've been experiencing. She really cared. The front desk also gave me free bath salts as a birthday gift upon leaving! It is a bit overpriced for what you get, but overall still a great experience :)

I got a facial with Natsuko and she was amazing. This is the best facial I had. She compliments the facial with a massage (a real one) on your face, scalp, neck and shoulders. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I enjoyed my facial very much and my skin looks amazing. I recommend the spa and Natsuko anytime.

I completed the appointment request form and received an email saying they don’t have the day available for the service I want, but offered a massage for the same day in the morning.... it was confusing. I clearly booked for facials, not massage. It didn’t make sense so I called, spoke to a woman who was quite condescending right off the bat, wouldn’t let me speak and kept talking over me. She said she sent the email. I am also in the service industry and maybe I don’t know much, but I do know that good manners (politeness, respectfulness), professionalism, and tone play a big part. Especially when you’re charging that much money.
Y	YEG_Lady80 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosario (spelling? Sorry!) completed a beautiful manicure. Ambiance was calm and relaxing. My bestie had a massage and she told me is was lovely and relaxing. Will definitely book again next time I am in town.
