I'll preface this by saying that I am an art lover who thoroughly enjoys museums and cultural events, but this was... Extremely underwhelming, and atrociously expensive for what it is. The first room is essentially a physical PowerPoint presentation with some hanging slides, with Van Gogh's story and a description of the 'experience'. The main room is a series of projection screens, showing a few of the paintings, photos, and letters onto the walls... And that's pretty much it. I sincerely expected more; at least multiple rooms, or a genuinely immersive experience. After you leave the room, there's a gift shop with overpriced merchandise. It felt like I was at a tourist trap, in all honesty. I suppose there's worse ways to spend $50, but save your money and do a virtual tour of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam if you have a nice TV. Oh, and one more thing. In their communication, they mentioned masks were mandatory and you would be ejected if you weren't masked. However, there were several people walking around without masks. Given the situation, it all felt highly disrespectful. Caveat emptor.

Definitely a unique experience worth checking out. You start the experience reading about the creation of the experience & Van Gogh's life. Depending on how busy it is, this will take you about 10-20 minutes. Then you enter another room where there's a slide show plastered on all the walls & floor. There is a four sided pillar in the middle of the room that also displays the images. The whole presentation played on a loop from start to finish is about 20-30 minutes. It is a one room experience. If I could change a couple of things. First, I would allow a group of people in at the start of the presentation. Once it's complete, usher that group out & allow the next group in. This would allow for better flow. Second, I wouldn't allow that many people in the room at one time. At times it felt overly crowded which took away from the experience. Also if you suffer from Vertigo, be careful because the images do move & screens blackout without warning. I don't believe they have a warning for that, perhaps missed it.

A beautiful exhibition with Van Gogh's wonderful paintings in a rotating display. Great music is playing in the background. A great and recommended experience. Face masks required and a vaccination certificate is checked at the entrance.

A must see experience You will be immersed in those magic paintings while listening to some GREAT music. The price I have to say that is a bit high but it’s still recommended especially if you are an art lover It could take 45 min to an hour so plan accordingly

For the price we paid, I expected more. A whole lot more. Perhaps, a storyline or inspiration behind his works and not just a series of projections with a background music. As much as I love Van Gogh, I felt robbed after. We’ve seen other immersive exhibits from less famous artist, and I can definitely say I’d enjoyed their work because it gave us the artist’ perspective. I was hoping for the same experience but was disappointed. I don’t recommend this to anyone planning to go.

Van Gogh has long been one of my favorite artists, so I excitedly bought tickets. It did not disappoint! It was amazing and worth every penny spent on tickets. I did think it was in a few rooms, but its one giant one with corners and a pillar in the middle. I could have spent hours in there watching each cycle on each screen because each time you see some you never noticed before. At times it felt like I was inside the painting which made the experience so much better! If I have the opportunity to visit it again before it leaves my area, I will 100% go back!

Certainly a new & exciting way to experience Van Gogh's art. Paintings & pictures are projected onto the walls of the room with some pictures effects, paired with classical musical. It is probably best to go to the first session as there are no limits on how long you can enjoy the experience, so I'd imagine it gets busier as the day goes on. Children can enjoy the exhibition too but from the few I saw, they got restless quite quickly. The price is potentially a bit steep for what you get though (so one star off) but I guessing the price is for rights to exhibition, including rights to show Van Gogh's masterpieces, staff & space rental?

Beautiful exhibit. Really recommend seeing it for at least one round. Really beats the De Vinci exhibi unfortunately. Bright and visual colors. Kids might love it too. A very unique experience. Would be amazing if they tried more variations.
