★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Epic Electric Bike Tour. Our guide, Lana, was knowledgeable, funny, and outstanding! It was my first time on an electric bike and it couldn’t have been easier. All of the riders in our group were over 50, and we had no problems getting around. We had frequent stops to get off our bikes to explore and take pictures. Couldn’t recommend this experience more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolute blast with the Stanley Park Epic Electric Bike Tour! My mom and I aren't in the best shape but the bikes made it easy to follow our group for the 4 hours. Our guide Lana was exceptional and gave us a great inside view of the city. I strongly recommend this as a getting to know Vancouver tour, you won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service & friendly - I took my bike in for a tune up and some maintenance. They were able to diagnose the necessary problems and find the most cost-effective solution for me. My bike feels like it's brand new again! I booked an appointment online and the turn around was faster than expected. 10/10 will bring my bike here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cycle city are the pros. We rented four ebikes and every bike and helmet was it top condition. They took time to recommend places to see and also a few places to avoid. We had a great time and at the end of the day, they were eager to hear how things went. Absolutely recommend based on my experience. Top reservation system, great communication via email and everything was setup and ready to upon our arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Girlfriend and I had the best experience renting bikes here, the staff were helpful, showed us everything we needed to know and had a map for us to explore vancouver. The prices are exceptionally reasonable as well !!! Thanks to everyone at the store for getting us setup and out sightseeing. I was also very impressed with the mechanical condition and quality of the bikes that were available for rent!

All those bikes are high quality brand especially Norco-a famous Canadian bike brand
I went for the Epic Ebike tour before with our tourism class and Greg and Nick are super amazing tour guide
I also went back to the store to rent ebike as well
Amazing friendly and knowledge staff
I love their bike tours around Stanley Park, to Granville Island and around the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing time on the Epic Electric bike tour with Cycle City! Our tour guide Nick was extremely knowledgeable and I learned so many new facts about Vancouver. The tour is very scenic, covering the hotspots of Stanley Park, Coal Harbour, English Bay, False Creek, Chinatown & more! It's an ideal way to see the best of the city and get a local's perspective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved online to rent e-bikes for a self-tour of Stanley Park. The staff was friendly and explained everything about the bikes and city that we needed to know. The equipment was well maintained and clean. We enjoyed biking so much that we returned the next day for bikes to tour Granville. ? ?? We’ll be back here for rental on our next trip to Vancouver.
