The bikes were of excellent quality and nobody had any issues. Owner and staff were super friendly. Definitely come here to grab bikes for Stanley park & elsewhere!
N	Nicole Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for bike rentals for Stanley Park, HERE IS YOUR PLACE! Possibly the best prices in town and is just a hair away from Stanley Park. It’s $7/hr but the longer you go, the cheaper the price will be (per hour). My boyfriend and I biked 3-5 hrs and only paid $20 + tax per person which is extremely worth it given the service and how close we were to the park. Service was amazing, quick, and efficient - no hassle whatsoever and made sure that the bikes were comfortable before we left. The bikes itself were well maintained and easy to ride. Helmet, basket, and locks are included too! Would definitely recommend!

Price is good for rental, it was 7$/hour which included the bike, helmet, basket and locket if needed. 1/2 day was $24. We appreciated the services! A big THANKS to the owner ! :)

Perfect bikes were selected for us as soon as we walked in the door, as well as an easy to use lock to keep the bikes safe while we were out. I love that helmets are included in the rental; that's why we chose Freedom Bikes! I also appreciate that we were given quick and easy (and away from main roads) directions to Stanley Park. So helpful and so awesome . The price can't be beat, the service was wonderful, and the bikes were a joy to ride. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

The mechanic is extremely knowledgeable, quick and honest. In the original quote, he noted that a cable had to be replaced, but upon servicing it, realized it was working fine and deducted it. He also fixed a loose bell, adjusted the seat for better ergonomics and tightened a lock holder, none of which I had pointed out to him and were done free of charge. He also takes the time to explain what was done and why. He also services high end bikes as well. Highly recommend!

The owner Arsim (I think that's how it's spelled) is super friendly and took the time to show us (on a map he provides) all the "must see" places in Vancouver. On top of the great service, he set us up with appropriate sized Specialized bikes, helmets and locks. He even set up the seats to our appropriate height. We rode the bikes all day for 70+km and not once was there any issues with them. Super smooth and easy riding. Thanks again Arsim for the great bikes, even better pricing and making our Vancouver trip memorable.

Prices are very accesible and their bikes are comfortable. They did not offered me a lock if I wanted to leave the bike somewhere to grab a bite, but that was maybe because I didn’t asked, definitely will do next time :)!
