They are humble and work hard at what they have to offer. I was surprised they have many treatments most clinics don’t! I had never heard of cosmetic acupuncture until Derma medical. I highly recommend looking into it!
P	Paul Jarrow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on only the initial interactions with this company, the website and speaking with the agents through email, it's clear that this company makes no amount of effort to put the client's mind at ease regarding the professionalism expected from a clinic or really any business. Both the website and the emails exchanged show a lack of care that is disturbing for a place that would be selling you trinkets, let alone one that provides an intimate, near-medical service. As you can see by the attached images, the website is failing to load due to security concerns. Were the staff not so insistent that this was our own problem, this could be written off as simply a technical issue. Derma Medical Laser Clinic would do well to listen to prospective clients to give them any sort of assurance that their service will meet even the bare minimum of expectations. Also, as an added bonus business tip for the owners of Derma Medical Laser Clinic: being able to book appointments is a critical step toward receiving more business.

I just moved to Vancouver and away from a Beauty Spa that I loved and trusted and landed in this wonderfully professional and welcoming place called Derma Medical. The owner is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She gives you advice and explains the procedure so you feel like you are in good hands. Dr. Naidu is also amazing and I am pleased with my results with the botox. I believe it's best to do this procedure by a Dr with lots of experience. Dr. Naidu is like a magician. You will love her! I am new to the non- surgical face lift procedure and absolutely love the results! My skin looked lifted and plump right away. In a few weeks you see even better results. You will be really happy going to Derma Medical Spa. The Owner and Dr. Naidu are gems and you will walk out feeling more youthful and happy!
S	Sabrina Akins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly horrible. I came here last year from a groupon and I still think about the terrible experience I had. Simin was not polite at all and the place was dingy. She was very difficult to understand and seemed annoyed with me that I could not understand her. The treatment hurt incredibly bad. The laser sent shocks deep into my nerves and it was horribly painful and she was very uncomforting the whole time. I didn’t even return to use the rest of the groupon, I rather loose money than return here. Also, the school she went to is not actually recognized so I am concerned of what her credentials actually are. Please do research before you decide to get a treatment here.

She has Medical background and experienced in Medical Aesthetic for more than 27 years. She is very knowledgable .I can not say enough about her professionalism and expertise in her job.She is like miracle for me.She took extra time to sit with me to go over my treatment and made me to feel very well taken care of.
h	h s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a facial from a groupon. When walking in Dr.Simin was not welcoming, the place seemed very dingy and not clean. As she began the hydro facial, the liquid from the machines was running down the sides of my cheeks Into my ears and neck, I asked her what kind of machine she was using as I’ve never had that experience before and she proceeded to tell me there are many different types of hydro Facials. The machine barely did anything, it didn’t extract anything from my skin, she used it for maybe 10 mins than proceeded to place a sheet mask on me for 30mins. She fanned my face with a mini fan after removing the sheet mask- than asked me to put on tinted sunscreen without washing my hands… it was the worst facial I’ve ever had in my life. This place is a total scam. i went there with my boyfriend and he had the same experience. It just sucks because we paid so much for facials after coming back from a trip expecting a relaxing experience. The water was clear, there was nothing extracted from our faces, it felt barely touched.
