★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute favourite Esthetics clinic in Vancouver. Cannot beat their package pricing for laser, and the staff are SO sweet. My laser tech Jo is the absolute best, we have amazing convos every time I go in which distracts me from the discomfort of the laser. She can tell instantly when I'm feeling more discomfort, especially in the brazilian area, and knows when to allow me to take a break. The results have been AMAZING, please go see her you will NOT be disappointed <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my hair laser removal treatment today at Electra. Thanks to Jo for keeping me calm and relaxed the entire procedure. It wasn’t the most comfortable feeling having my upper lip and chin hair removal treatment but Jo sure did her magic and allowed me to calm down, assured me and that really helped a lot. Their staff are super friendly and attentive. They really know what they are doing. I was so impressed I wished I did my first laser done here but it’s not too late. I will for sure come back for more. I highly recommend this place. 5 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t recommend highly enough!! I’ve been going to see Jo at Electra for laser hair removal for more than a year and it’s been absolutely, totally worth it! I barely have to shave anymore!
After maybe (5?) sessions, there are only a few fine, light stray hairs growing back - and I have quite naturally dark hair. Wish I’d done this years ago!
Jo is highly trained, highly experienced; a consummate professional (goes above and beyond to ensure hygiene and safety practices), and puts you totally at ease during the procedure. She’s just absolutely lovely and the time flies by!
I’m a generally anxious person, especially when it comes to bikini-area hair removal ?, but honestly, Jo is so relaxed and lovely, you forget you’re even being zapped. ?
Also, take advantage of their promotional packages to get free sessions. Totally worth it!
Again, can’t recommend highly enough! ?

Jo is so friendly - I felt really at ease with how she explained everything, how knowledgeable she is and the consultation and test patch. The prices are great, and I’ve been blown away by my results - I genuinely couldn’t believe how much hair I had lost after just the first few treatments… I’m so happy I started laser!!

Jo is so lovely! Laser hair removal is not fun but she somehow makes you comfortable and reassuring to go throught the pain! She is the best ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place and Jo! I’ve been seeing Jo for laser hair removal for almost a year. I have a very low tolerance for pain but Jo is very knowledgeable, always calm and makes me comfortable to get through a session. I’m glad that I decided to get laser hair removal during the pandemic (When it’s safe to travel, I will be ready for beach vacations.) and found Jo! The most important thing for me is safe procedures and result of treatment. I did very deep research for choosing a type of laser hair removal and a laser technician. Electra laser had many good reviews, a few bad reviews were all from unreasonable customers and didn’t have any complains for safety issues. They also took beauty safe program from the beauty association and following proper disinfection protocols in the spa. That makes me comfortable being there during the pandemic and getting treatment from them.
I also had HydraFacial last week and it was my first time. I absolutely love the result. My skin gets brighter, enlarged pores are cleaned and tighten up.
