It is a very clean and great place with advanced equipment. Their technician are well trained and knowledgable. They are very friendly as well. This clinic also offers a good deals as well. I received very good service as always.

I can’t remember who I saw. But she was a short blonde lady (maybe Ava?) and she was very pleasant. I felt immediately comfortable with her for my Brazilian. She took her time and she knew what she was doing. She was a true professional and gem!

I bought a Groupon and booked it for July 1st online and I wanted to check something with the owner(?) to see if my 2 coupons can work at the same time for different people but no phone call picked up for 2 days and finally texted back after texting and sending message through their website(That took me 1 day ). And she finally told me there was a scheduling mistake and they don't work on that day. I got my appointment confirmation email too. They should have made the computer system to block that date not to make an appointment and I tried to reschedule it with earlier date with her but nothing worked with my work schedule and she recommend me to rebook it for 3-4 weeks after July so I just decided to get a refund. I made that appointment 1 month ago on May 4th and she just finally told me by text that there was a mistake on scheduling just bc I tried to figure out something else ? What if I show up there with my mother and no one is there on that day if I didn't know about mistake of scheduling? It is good thing that I called many times and texted and send messages via online to ask about 2nd order for the Groupon. She finally apologized for it but saying sorry about 4 weeks prior notice that were discovered by me and it was not 4weeks informing. she didn't even say anything until I tried to get in touch with her which is 1 month after. Anyways, no point of repeating. She texted me with short apology but I recommend her to get extra person to do the customer service. It is seriously bad. Addition to this review, I've never gotten any other email mentioning that July 1st is not available( I could have missed the email ) however, I also booked the second appointment recently for July 1st online to add one more person (for my mother )and I still didn't get any email from this place saying this date doesn't work either. It was 4 days ago that I made an appointment. And those dates you mentioned is my working days that I can't go and it was inconvenient.

The folks at Skin Naturals are so nice and welcoming! The office is kept very clean. I would highly recommend this clinic. I’ve tried a few clinics for laser hair removal in Vancouver and this one is my favourite for value and results.

The staff is super nice, the place is clean, everything is always prepped and ready for my appointment. I have my appointments with Marina, she's very nice and very careful. I'm only half way through my hair removal sessions and my hair in those areas I'm treating is already 80% lighter. I would recommend this place to anyone.
