β β β β β Always late taking patients, and was over an hour and a half late taking my dad. Was rude and told my dad to find another doctor. I don't recommend anyone seeing this doctor. Is there a way to report this?

β β β β β The reception staff who answered my call on 14 January 2019, was not particularily helpful. The doctor is excellent; my previous eye procedure with Dr. Lindsey was very good. Some frontline staff could be more hospitable and patient care oriented.

β β β β β I was treated with respect and courtesy. The two reception lists, Heather and Sarah were efficient and professional.
Dr. Gill, locum, explained fully what to except in layman's terms using a chart of the parts of the eye.
I was very pleased with all aspects of my interaction at this clinic. I unreservedly recommend them. Thank you to all.
