Good day fellow baldies, I have suffered from male pattern baldness since I was 17 years old. It was absolutely devastating as I was an aspiring bass player and singer in the genre of rock n roll. Long hair was part of the shtick, so losing my hair was a scary time in my life. During my early twenties I was sad but found ways around the loss of my hair by using hats and toques. I also was able to braid some fake colored hair into what I had left on my balding head. I always have had high self esteem and confidence so that wasn't a big issue but I know and understand that individuals that are in the throes of losing their hair experience many types of feelings and emotions from depression to insecurity.. People should like you for what is on the inside, not the outside. But it's always nice to feel good on the inside about yourself and if you are at peace you can forward that peace along to others is how I see it. Fanta, Emily, Cintia, and Kristen were warm, welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. Each one is a true professional and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciated the time (2 hours!) Fanta spent with me at my consultation and answering all of my follow-up questions over email. It's one of those services you'd rather not need, but they make it as comfortable as possible. I have recently been diagnosed with frontal fibrosing alopecia and went to Pacific Hair Loss clinic to get information on options. Fanta was fantastic! Very professional. I felt comfortable with her and she explained everything in detail. Now, I know my options when the time comes for hair replacement. I live in a different province and she took all my measurements and said that they could do virtual appointments, if needed. Really great service!

I have been dealing with hair loss for nearly twenty years and finally decided to do something about it. In the past I have tried a thrifty hair piece and even spray hair in a can. I was almost close to having to deal with hair loss for the rest of my life until I discovered Pacific Hair in downtown Vancouver. I got in touch with Pacific hair loss and made an appointment. When I arrived at their downtown office in Vancouver I was greeted with courteous staff and a clean well run office. Their covid safety protocols were on point with private sitting and consultation rooms, hand washing and temperature checks along with wearing my mask which showed me they were taking the pandemic very seriously along with myself and my comfort. The quality of my human hair hairpiece is top shelf and selected to match my existing hair to an exact match. The feeling of wearing it is simply wonderful and comfortable. As said above I have been dealing with hair loss for half my life and that all ended as of now with my new hairpiece which was professionally placed on me with maintenance visits I look forward to with the wonderful crew of staff that could relate to what I have been living with and made my experience a pure pleasure. What I most look forward to now with my new head of hair is spending time with friends and family that are happy for me and what I have found. Which is everything from self esteem and my smile which was tucked away for so long, but has arrived now after dealing with Pacific Hair and their exceptional staff which was a wonderful comfort and I highly recommend. 5 stars.

My experience with Pacific Hair has been amazing! Let me start by saying that if your at all worried about your safety and Covid - don’t worry! They do temperature checks and each client has there own sanitized room. Personally I have been dealing with hair loss since my early to mid twenties (about 10 years). Hair transplants have always been out of the question because of price and recovery time. With Pacific Hair, after your initial appointment, you come in the morning and leave by the afternoon with hair! My experience thus far has been incredible, what a confidence boost! My hairline is practically invisible making the hair system a breeze to wear and unnoticeable to anyone else. My new hair system feels just like real hair needing to be washed and styled just like anyone else. My friends and family were absolutely shocked to see such an instant transformation with unbelievably realistic feeling and look. I will admit, the first few days - it’s a transition - learning to live with hair again, styling your hair for example but, I always felt at ease because Pacific Hair went over every detail about how to clean my hair, manage the system and gave me all the tools to set me up for success. What else can I say? If you want your hair back without spending thousands of dollars and a surgery then a hair system form Pacific Hair is your answer!

You do pay for what you get, and for me, who simply wanted to add realistic volume to my hair, it was 100% worth it.
