★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the food was overall good, just didn't like their 'creative' approach to the spicy salmon roll... what I was served did not even taste like salmon (Middle roll in the picture), it contained very small bits of salmon in a deep fried format seasoned in what tasted like Japanese curry (which I strongly dislike)... this information was not listed on the menu nor was imformed by the waitress beforehand; and I was expecting something more familiar in appearance and taste. Also, I asked for gochujang and was given sriracha instead...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via DoorDash and was so impressed at the quality, value and deliciousness. It’s hard coming to a city with so many options and trying to narrow it down to one, and I’m so happy I discovered this place. Looking forward to trying more of the chef rolls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge portion in terms of Japanese food. We ordered a BBQ squid, sashimi salad, and uni & Ikura don. The only problem is the rice is too sweet. Everything else is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh sashimi and sushi. The Legend roll ? is topped with gold flakes. The uni and ikura don ? is also fresh. Everything seems to be larger than a typical Japanese restaurant portion. ?
But the owner doesn't seem to speak Japanese. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little spot that was not busy at all on 2pm on a Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised at the portions and quality for the prices. The sockeye salmon nigiri was so tasty and fresh, and the Sakura maki had the tastiest scallops. Would definitely return!

Ingredients are always super fresh and reasonably priced. Friendly service.
My only suggestion is that the interior could be renovated to make it more welcoming to have guests sit down or adjusting the lighting.
