I did a few hair removal sessions with Lana and truly felt like I've known her for ages, she is super knowledgeable, extremely pro at what she does and super caring and loving and friendly. Goes above and beyond for her clients to make sure they leave with a smile on their face. Had a few skin care sessions with Gabriele as well and she is also truly caring and loving and extremely professional. Love them both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The go to place for Emsculpt. Gabriele will train your muscles so hard while you’re sleeping, and you’ll wake up to see your six-packs…Jk. But for real, three sessions in and I’m already able to see my muscles toned, and they are stronger than ever. Life is so easy with Gabriele!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom has been going to this spa for the past few weeks and she absolutely loves it. She notes that the staff are friendly and that the salon itself is beautiful.
She has been getting the silk peel treatment from Gabriele and comes out of each appointment feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, with a healthy and beautiful glow.
As for Gabriele, she is extremely hospitable, professional, and knowledgeable about skin. She listens carefully to my mom’s questions and answers them with expertise and care. She highly recommends booking with Gabriele if you are considering giving Refine spa a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Refine twice to see Gabrielle for coolsculpting and had an enjoyable experience. Gabrielle is extremely professional and very informative on the procedure. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of.
Christine at front desk is an absolute treat as well!
Now I'm just waiting on the results of the coolsculpting, crossing my fingers I'll see them in time for summer ?.
