★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay was so kind & patient! She took the time to explain the differences between microblading and ombre (to a super terrified first-timer like me) & was genuinely interested in ensuring I looked my best at the end.
I absolutely ADORE my new brows - she shaped them perfectly with just one try, and there was minimal pain as she did my combination brows. (And, she was super sensitive if it seemed like I was feeling a bit more pain than I should!)
I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to heal & to go for my subsequent touch-up!

Jay did a wonderful job walking me through the process of choosing my brow shape and colour, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My brows give my face that extra definition that lift a make up free face, but also fit in with a more done up look.

She is very professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented.
The procedure both times was relatively quick and not painful. Jay uses a high quality numbing cream. Color selection for eyebrows and lips is amazing.
