He prepared all of the paperwork, did all of the checks, and arranged all of the showings. After it was rented, the tenant had an issue with the fob and Matt helped get the issue resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend Matt for tenant placement services.

Hired Vancouver Rent It to help out with the process, he dealt with the advertising, viewing, move in process for tenants, contracts, etc. it made the work much easier for us and allowed us to trust Haze with finding someone to rent our suite.
We have had questions from time to time about the contract and what can/cannot be done over time, Haze has been super helpful in guiding us to where to look and also reaffirming the conditions outlined in the contract (sometimes we have missed details).
Definitely recommend Vancouver Rent It, they are efficient with your time and you can leave everything in their hands to help you handle the logistics.
