Andrew Way at the condos.ca has made our move across Canada easier than expected by helping us with finding our new home. He worked remotely with us over the phone and email to help us narrow down our selections. While we flew out to Vancouver for our condo hunting, he tried to show us as many options as possible. Andrew analyzed the market strategically with us, presenting all the facts and numbers. We did not feel compiled by him to put down an offer.
We strongly recommend Andrew Way to any other potential home/condo buyers because of his professionalism and ease to communicate. He gets our needs and took our budget and requirements into consideration.

She was willing to pound pavement and do video calls from different apartments while providing and overview of what the area is like. Found an appt that we really like and signed within a day.

There are BIDDING WARS on this website, but don't worry the contract mentions that the deposit will be returned if contract is canceled after you have made the deposit.
Imagine that happening to you a day before you are ready to move in. Be prepared to be cheated into a higher rent at the last moment.
Don't be cheated into terrible deals. Stay away from condos.ca.
