★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally can’t say enough great things about Sal. We had a bad experience working with our former realtor, looking for months and several unsuccessful offers made. We were at the point of frustration and fatigue as our deadline for mortgage was towards the end and we finally decided to ask Sal for help. That was the best decision we’ve made as we saw the other side of the coin in him as the best realtor you could ever ask for.
From the beginning he was very positive and he assured us to get a great deal. As we are new to the city he cared and took us exploring different neighborhoods. He shared with us the listings that he believed had good potential to make sure we do not miss them. He was with us during the visits and provided invaluable feedback on the potential of each property and on renovations that could be done. It helped a lot to easily make the decision on whether or not we want to proceed to make an offer. It was like we had a professional friend with us in every step. Finally he got a great deal for us on the first offer just after two weeks of working with him!!! What I loved about his work ethic is that he cares a lot about the value of your money and does not surrender until he gets the best deal for you and his standards for that best deal are quite high. Sal truly has exceptional skills like no other realtor. He also has a team which helps a lot to be efficient and fast to get the work done. He doesn't waste your time or his time like most realtors, he gets to know you on a personal level to craft a solution for your needs, hunt and negotiate it for you. He also knows the secrets to save you more. He helped us negotiate and close a really good investment deal without me even be there, everything was done remotely and I made money on that property before closing.

I was a first-time home buyer. These people and their amazing team made the whole process like a piece of cake for me. Despite my limited budget and lots of limitations I gave them such as location, school catchment, etc, they did an incredible job. Their accurate and realistic knowledge of market and negotiation skills played a crucial role for me. They are unbelievably responsive, straight to the point and truly passionate about what they are doing.
