★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pooyan and Amin were the only realtor team (of the six that we interviewed) that had a sales strategy that focused on finding the best value point for our property. Pooyan and Amin firmly believed that our property warranted a selling price range that was well above the BC Assessment and well above the price of any other competing property. Their strategy was very much contrary to the strategies from other realtors (who were mostly interested in dramatically dropping the price well below BC Assessment and well below competing prices).
It was truly a leap of faith to trust Pooyan and Amin’s experience and analysis. And they were proven absolutely correct. Amazing effort to promote the property within their extensive network of partner realtors even before the listing was out. So many private showings within a span of 3 days. In evening of the third day, Pooyan and Amin presented multiple offers and described which one was the best and why. We were very pleasantly pleased that the final price was well over the asking price.
Pooyan and Amin worked with us to find a solution that would sell our property at a reasonable price, in a very timely manner, despite the difficult selling market. Throughout the experience Pooyan and Amin were very confident in their strategy and reassuring that all would work out in our favour. And it did. Very stress free. Thanks Pooyan and Amin for a totally amazing job well done. If the opportunity arises, we plan to use them again. For all of our friends and family, Pooyan and Amin are an easy recommendation. Without a doubt, a winning team!
