She is very down-to-earth and approachable. As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Anastasia was able to answer all of my questions without seeming bothered or annoyed. Once the sale was done and I was moved in, she continued to make herself available to me even though the sale was complete. Thank you.
