Someone needs to explain why a driver would get out of their truck and walk all the way to the door of our building to leave a notice instead of trying to deliver the parcel? I was home all day and there was no attempt to contact me or even ring the buzzer. Now I'm supposed to go all the way to Coal Harbour to get the parcel you were paid to deliver? It's not just lousy service, it's no service at all. I'd go so far as to call your operation a scam. Zero stars.

This Purolator Branch was nothing short of wonderful when I went to return a pair of shoes that I had bought online. Instructions from the shoe company where to take the shoes in The shoe box, and also have the QR code ready to be used by Purolator. I had never done this before so was skeptical and nervous. However, once I went in to a branch, staff person came over and helped me walk through exactly what I needed to do, and took the box from me and assured me that things would go well from there. And they did. Totally

I will never shop online again who uses this delivery company, they are saying address correction required/incomplete/wrong address.I checked my delivery address and it’s correct. I even checked it on google maps and it’s showing my house. I was wondering because they have already delivered to me more than once. Just to be fair, all my packages arrived. Arrived late everytime… Far still the worst in Canada.

Pathetic service. I was told the package would be delivered today(Dec 31st). And while tracking the package, it said it's out for delivery since morning. And then just like they changed the status to "delayed delivery due to disruptions". There is no snowfall or any heavy rains that could have affected the delivery. Even the customer care guy didn't bother providing a valid answer and he just hung up on me. Now i have to wait till January 4th apparently, to expect delivery. That is 4 days from now.

This is by far the worst shipping company. My Amazon parcel was shipped using them. The package made it from Alberta to Vancouver. However, their reason for not delivering? The parcel is too heavy as if they're surprised by this fact after having already transported this across provinces already. Every day, the tracking status update is repeating the fact that it can't be delivered because it's too heavy. You'd think a shipping company the size of purolator would be able factor weight into their logistics platform.

I wish I could go minus five stars. Awful experience. Every month a shipment of dog food comes. Every single time the driver's dont buzz and leave and I have to contact customer support (the virtual assistance does not work). It still takes on average 3+ calls to get the delivery sorted out. Every other package delivery service drops off at our apartment with zero issues. Never problems with Amazon, Fresh Prep, UPS, or Canada Post. 100% issue rate with Purolator.

Very bad driving skill? company working with the community. However the Driver don't care where they Drive and Park. Today I take the? picture attached.? Please check out. ? License plate also can read clearly. If this kind of Driving skills in our city in and out. Could be put us into nightmare situation.

0 star! You think they're going to deliver your parcel? Absolute NO! They're delivering notices! What a terrible service! I was waiting my parcel and seeing it was out of delivery. And then just got a notice. There was no phone call, no bell ring. Nothing at all. Also there is a parcel pending box which can be used for dropping. The driver just gave up to deliver the parcel and only left the notice saying receiver unavailable. I was available at that time. Now I need to go to coal harbour to fetch my parcel. Don't the company pay the driver? Don't I pay the deliver fee? I don't understand. ==== Update: It's interesting that purolator responded by copy&paste quickly on social media but didn't take any effort to improve their service. Just take a look at these negative comments. We're all complaining about the fake delivery but nothing happened. We're still getting notices and stickers without a real parcel. Shame on you!
