★ ★ ★ ★ ★ does not even worth one star. i wanted an exchange because the item came damaged. i went to downtown vancouver mego for an exchange. they said it costs money to deliver to my house so they wanted me to come all the way to downtown to pick up the exchanged item. such a bad customer service. they never answer calls. i do not recommend. run.
and btw.... if you want to return the item via canada post, the money is on you. they do not make a return label. you have to pay for the return.
never answer calls.
run. do not buy from this place so bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store carries a wide selection of luggages and bags. However, the service was terrible. I came in with my wife on a Saturday afternoon and we went in directly knowing which model we want to get. We spoke with the sales rep asking what the volume difference and which one would be determined as oversize by most airlines (as any normal customer would do to ask for more information). The response we received was absolutely absurd... she said "there are two sizes, bigger is bigger and smaller is smaller," and gave us the catalogue to look for more details. It is extremely disappointing to see these types of customer service still exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the attendant very helpful, informative and were encouraged to compare with other stores the quality and price. Bought from this store in end. Hope we won't hv to use the warranty which includes air travel damage. Price a little but not a lot more than other more inferior products. We personally don't want to hv to buy new luggage all the time so thought better to go for quality backed by manufacturer warranty without busting the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good thing about this store is the visibility: you can see their inventory from the street. I saw the Briggs & Riley bag as I was walking by. I went in to have a better look. I told the salesman I wanted to use it as a lunch bag. He laughed at that and suggested I buy something else from another store. I had a California Creations lunch bag that was finished but had a plastic insert that I was sure would fit inside the Briggs & Riley bag. When I returned a saleslady helped me. The insert fit, and so I now use this bag to carry my lunch without it looking like a lunch bag. I use this bag when traveling to as it fits perfectly under an airplane seat. This bag was discounted 20%, and is my second Briggs & Riley bag. I bought my other bag from a different store . . . obviously.
