★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercedes is an incredibly gifted healer. I have had issues with anxiety and never had the time to do anything about it (other then some pills which I have always had an aversion to). One of my business colleagues recommended her and I have to say after a few sessions things turned around for me, I have incorporated this work into my schedule and sincerely it has been the time for me to disconnect from my hectic life and have "me time".
