All the lessons are good and easy to do and understand. My friend he took the rmti and got a job and told me it would be good for me. Thank you to the people there that help with questions. Very good for me to recommend this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RMTI's certified resident manager's course is great! I just landed a Resident Manager job with a top residential management company in town. Six weeks after completion of y course. It's God's favour and certainly my training and certification from RMTI gave me an edge over other job applicants. I have been telling my other friends to check out the course. The registrar and staff are very friendly, helpful and really motivating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thrilled with the RMTI course I took almost 17 years ago and the 3 jobs I got as a result of it. I had not worked in the industry before so the course was an excellent introduction to the industry, I felt very comfortable in my first job and it lasted 8 years until the company gave me a bigger building.
I have been there for 9 years but the cold back East was getting to me so I decided to move to BC and am pleased to say I have been working in a nice building here for the last 6 months.
Thank you for all the help RMTI and I will let anyone else know who is interested in this work about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Kelly Doyle at RMTI. and paid $5,250 to find and screen an Apartment Manager. They obviously failed to properly screen the person that she recommended. The Manager that was recommended was a lying, cheating, stealing alcoholic. When fired, he claimed a back injury while at work. It was later proven that he was fraudulent ruled by Worksafe. He claimed the same back injury the year before with Home Depot He was also fired from his at Home Depot the year before. Why did RMTI not know this information?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the RMTI course back in 2016. I found the course very intersting and easy to follow. The training manual I still use to this day for reference for certain situations that arise.
During the time I was completing the course I was an assistant manager with no experience but as I started to learn more about building management from the course, I was given more responsibility and had hands on experience. This was so valuable and enabled me to secure my first building manager position.
Its taken 4 years to work my way up to securing the perfect building in the West End.
Thanks to Kelly Doyle who has supported me through this whole process.
It is a great training program and I would reccomend it to anyone wishing to work in this industry
