Sarah rocked my world today. She was able to give me all of the answers I struggled with after visiting 2 other sephoras. We found a foundation/concealer combo that really worked with my weird undertone and formula preferences. This girl is a pro!!!! She should work for Dior!!!

Decided to venture into the store today to try out a new lipgloss I’d heard about and was meandering around the store and was approached by 3 different employees in a five minute span which was a bit uncomfortable as I’d just arrived - I shrugged it off but then noticed SECURITY was following me - I’m a VIB member and happen to be indigenous - it was so incredibly uncomfortable, obvious and embarrassing. I feel like I was stereotyped today while attempting to shop and it was a terrible feeling.

Went here on March 30th, 2022 and was "helped" by an asian employee with the most peculiar eyebrow make up (an inch thick in blue, pink and brown). Normally, we have a nice encounter with most of the Sephora employees anywhere we go but this girl was pretty rude and aggressive when we were asking her questions. I wanted a palette and she said "we don't have that, that's why i'm making a kit for you from different brands" which is a complete and utter joke because other employees have helped me and they did have the palette that I was looking for. I was pretty quiet when she was suggesting all these things (I asked for a contour KIT, she's been offering me bronzer lol or "top seller" shades that do not work for my skin tone at all). When she left, my partner and I were actually relieved because we didn't want to keep talking to her anymore. Fast forward to finding something that I liked, I asked for a new stock and she said "i'm helping someone else, why don't you check it yourself below". My partner and I looked at each other cos their drawer was locked and I didn't think I was allowed to do it. Thank God another employee passed by because this girl made my shopping experience dreadful. I hope Sephora will consider retraining her because she gives them a bad name.

staff was very kind and informed. thank you to Suki (sorry if i got the spelling wrong!) especially for the help finding the right skincare options for my skin! can’t wait to try them! and thank you to whoever was working at the checkout counter and gave me my free birthday gift and a sample, sorry I didn’t catch your name. would visit this location again :D

Went here with my sister, we both have social anxiety and can definetly handle customer service interactions but they are sometimes stressful. Within 2 minutes of being in the store we were asked by 6 different employees if we needed help finding anything despite there being plenty of other customers. I know this is in their training but I've never had it happen that many times in such a short period, not even close.

Very disorganized store. I was looking for a product and there was no box behind the sample but beside it there were boxes with no sample in front so I assumed that was it. I took it but it felt light so I looked inside the box to make sure it was the correct product. The young male sales man with a big attitude showed up and asked if he can help. I told him what I was looking for. He couldn’t find it. And AFTER he couldn’t find it, he started giving me attitude that I shouldn’t look inside the boxes. Literally minutes later. First of all, all their sales people always look inside the boxes when trying to locate a product. Second of all, have your store organized and have samples in front of boxes so a customer doesn’t have to guess. Third of all don’t give me attitude after you figured you can’t sell me anything. Yew.

Unfortunately I’ve had some really bad service. I had booked an appointment over the phone to get my makeup done on my wedding day, and when I called to confirm the time they had absolutely no record of my appointment anywhere, which is super unfortunate since I had spoke to someone over the phone. They told me to book a different location online, which I tried.. but the online booking system was also not working. The girl on the phone was also super careless about the whole thing. This really sucked. When I checked my bank statement they charged me a 20$ no show fee!! I’ve been trying to speak to someone on the phone but I was put on hold for so long! This whole thing was super disappointing. I wasn’t able to get the service I needed for my big day and that just sucked, especially that they made literally zero effort to try and book me in on that day and that was their mess up. Will not be returning nor suggesting this place to anyone.

I had the most fantastic experience ever!! I am just getting into skin care for me and my mom, and with so many brands and different ingredients its all so confusing. However Troy was fantastic. Troy explained which products are the right and provided some great advice. Please if you have any doubts on anything you are choosing, visit this Sephora. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, ask for Troy for advice on skin care!!
