★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into store yesterday with my husband and the sales woman there was the WORST I ever encountered. I guess Bvlgari doesn’t care how there customers are treated as they would let someone like that work there. Maybe that was why no one was shopping there. I have many Bvlgari jewelry and have been in their stores around the world. Would never step in the Holt Renfrew Bvlgari storel again EVER because of my experience there yesterday. The management need to know that no customer should be treated so rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the worst shopping experience ever at this store. I was shopping for a necklace around 3-4 pm, and the lady at the store treated me like a second class citizen. The worst was that, after I bought my necklace from Tiffany, I went back to have a second look at the one necklace I like. The lady said to me “You have already come here earlier”, which was in Mandarin. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed in this store since the beginning. I won’t recommend anyone to shop at this store. Your service doesn’t match the brand at this place. If you don’t like your job, go find something else you like.
