★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for my sister’s birthday gift last week and a girl here (regretfully I forgot to ask her name) provided the best help ever. Sometimes it happens that the sales are not even bother to spend time on you anymore when you said you’re just looking even if you do have questions later. I say that sometimes because I don’t like pushy sales who keeps on pushing you to buy something from them after I already said no. But this girl with long hair, when I asked her questions, she patiently provides ideas and recommendations even after I said I was just looking. Because of her help, I bought a great gift and my sister loves it so much. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend visited this Dior location on July 1st. He purchased a saddle wallet for me for my birthday and was told it was the last one they had. Upon opening the bag, I realized the Front 'D' stirrup was tarnished and looked dirty. I spoke to friends that have Saddle bags with the same material who advised me that this has not happened to theirs and is not normal considering mine is brand new. I did call the store and the SA was very accommodating, informing me that I can come in with the receipt and they can try ordering one in. However, when you're paying that much for a bag, there should be some quality assurance. I'm shocked that a big brand like Dior is giving out bags with tarnished hardware. Something that should have been simple as providing a new bag (even if they had to order it into the store) has turned into an inconvenience for myself and my boyfriend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You buy luxury products because these brands normally stand by their quality and service. This store has such poor service from sales person to supervisor/ manager should anything go wrong. Go to the Fairmont Dior instead, much better selection and better experience all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a phone case at Dior in London. One week later it is falling apart. Took it in today to get it looked at and Dior said "If they could fix it I would have to pay to fix" I stated why would I pay to fix a faulty item lets exchange it then. "Cannot exchange items purchased at a Dior store in another Country" I bought so many Dior items in London and I am so mad that I did. Had I of know that nothing I purchased had any kind of warranty or protection for their product and that they would be a hassle I never would have bought a thing from Dior. I will never buy another Dior item ever. So many other designers that treat clients so much better than this and they will get my business. Dior rating should be negative stars.
