The price was the lowest here anyways after I got home and checked. The staff know their product and have great suggestions.

So I didn’t purchase the product cause I don’t want to be contacted about promotions. Terrible business practice.

But then one of the employees, who I think was the manager, started criticizing and nit-picking another member of the staff in front of customers. I found it unprofessional and unnecessary for him to talk to one of the staff like that, specially in front of other staff and costumers. It made me really angry and ruined my impression of the store. I won't be shopping there anymore.

I had an issue with an online order arriving damaged and unfortunately had to return multiple times until it was corrected. By the time it was sorted out I was helped by at least 5 different employees and they were all fantastic! All were very friendly, apologetic and did everything they could to make it right! They definitely turned a negative experience into a positive!! Thank you!

He very patiently brought me different sizes and styles, always with good humour and an eye to the detail I was looking for. I likely would have become very frustrated if not for his kind manner. The ladies at the front desk were excellent at sorting out my online gift certificate. Kudos to manager Atousa Abouzari for putting together such a great sales team!

They’re always in the way and trying to lay into customers with their high-pressure sales tactics (probably trying to get bigger commission cheques), but for the love of Pete just let me shop. It was so bad, I actually had to leave the store for a few minutes just to calm down before making my purchase because one woman was pushing hard for me to buy a second and third pair of the exact same shoes…after I told her multiple times I only want the black ones. I won’t be coming back.
