Totally unacceptable and poor customer service from a cashier named Emily. I went to return shoes that didn't fit me right and came with the receipt. The shoes were only worn once barely any dirt and when she looked at them she said she wouldn't give me my money back when i asked cause she saw a smidge of dirt on them. As a customer I felt ripped off as they were $106. A smidge of dirt shouldn't matter as they still looked new. I wont be returning to their store again as she was incredibly rude about it.

If I could give less than one star I would. The man who was working here (and claims to own it) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Five customers in the store and he didn’t offere help to either of them or greet anyone. He sat behind his computer the entire time. The shoes were marked final sale, but Soft Moc two doors down offers a one year warranty. At the end of our purchase when we were paying we said β€œyour welcome” and he replied β€œI didn’t say thank you” super friendly gentlemen (or not). We told him he was rude and we wouldn’t be returning, he replied β€œfine, fine!” And shrugged his shoulders.

I wouldn’t even give one star for the horrible lack of service I got today around 4 pm. I am a manger in retail for high end lingerie and I would never tolerate this type of neglect in my store. I was ignored by a woman on the phone, texting and ignoring a store full of customers looking for help including myself. I felt stressed wanting to do her job for her as she ignored everyone who walked in as her phone conversation clearly took priority. Clearly she is not commission and I can gaurentee she lost many sales in the short time I was in there which is very sad. I found a pair of boots I liked which had a flaw, she was not willing to give me more than a 5% discount and said they would be final sale. I left the store without the boots that I would have purchased as I refuse to support a store sales when I was basically ignored and given attitude for inquiring on a flaw that would bother any customer. My grandma had the exact same experience with the same lady and as I see from your reviews this is an ongoing issue. I’m very disappointed.

12/30/19 Reply to Owner: WOW - Rather than reach out to get the facts, you create a FALSE narrative to excuse the completely inappropriate actions of your employee - who I was told by Mina is related to you. Yes, the shoes were on sale, however, they were a Christmas gift so the receipt was stamped with the "Xmas return policy" which states: Xmas Gift Exchange or Refund up to 7 days After Boxing Day With Your Receipt. An exception was not made! What should have been a simple transaction based on your own Xmas return policy was met with dishonesty, hostility and aggression by David. In reviewing the other reviews, I see that there is a long history of subpar customer service provided by this business. 12/29/19: β€œDavid” at the Coquitlam Center location was completely unprofessional when I returned an item with a VALID receipt. My two young daughters were so shocked and even commented at how rude he was. Amazing that kids know how to better behave than this β€œadult”. Before leaving the store I asked for the number to head office to which he simply stated go to the website but quickly found out there isn’t one. I believe in supporting smaller businesses however I would encourage everyone to avoid this business and spend your money at a store that is more deserving of your hard earned money. If I could I would’ve given them ZERO stars.

Hosts great footwear products however poor sales team in terms of any friendly service and lack of easy communication. They unfortunately lost a customer for life.

My experience at this store was very positive in every way. I found the staff to be helpful and understanding when I wasn’t able to return a purchase within the due date because of illness. I was given a refund and will return.

This was the first, and the LAST time I shop at this store. Complete and utter joke. Poor service, rude staff, lack of stock, and a questionable policy for returns such as store credit when an item is unused and only purchased a few days prior because it's "on sale". I'll never shop here again, and I'll be telling all of my friends and family to stay clear. Do yourself a favour and shop at another shoe store.

2 young great helpful employees. Polite and knowledgeable. They ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter to be delivered at home when they didn't have any in stock. Very good prices and selection.
