I went to pay and it was the most unwelcoming experience. All three of them were staring at me while giving off terrible vibes. Just felt very unwelcome and judged. I guess thats normal behaviour for an overpriced empty salon! Atleast I found all the products I was looking for. They actually have a good range of products

Normally Sam at recipient greets me with a warm welcome! :) I have had my hair styled, cut and coloured by one of their amazing hairstylist Laura! Also Katie is another Awesome stylist to see.Over all amazing experience here I highly recommend to book your next hair appointment here!

I popped in here for the first time and had an appointment with Tanya and oh my was I impressed. Not only did the staff seem professional, the environment was great as well. I am really grateful I found this place. Tanya also taught me a trick while I was getting my hair done which was great.

Second time seeing this happen in this store first time with them talking ill about another customer in the store and this time behind the person that was with me (that I took to store to shop). would shop from somewhere else until your sale representatives learn some respect and will definitely stop referring the store to other.
B	Bob Builder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I got a men's haircut and when i got home i noticed i had hair sticking out uncut in a variety of places unevenly. No pleasantries during the cut and the hairdresser even forgot to blow the cuttings off me before sending me on my way. She didnt bother asking what I thought or show me how things looked on the sides and back. Highly disappointing for what supposed to be a premium salon. Zennkai Metrotown, on the other hand, is great.

I was given a junior stylist (unknowingly) who literally Did. Not. Speak. She cut my hair without asking me what style I wanted, whether I wanted it straight or curly, or whether I wanted layers. I kept waiting for her to ask me what I wanted, assuming foolishly that I didn’t have to stop her and tell her what I wanted before she finished. The cut was uneven and the style made my head look like a bell. When I got home, I straightened it and found she had missed an entire piece of hair. I’d tell you her name, but I was never told who she was. If you go. Ask for Tanya. Do not use their junior stylists.
