I was pleasantly surprised that this hair studio opens at 9 AM on Saturday and it worked so well with my scheduled party time. I appreciate their professionalism. She did her job perfectly and constantly asked for my feedback. The price was affordable and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sat in the chair for close to 15 minutes before my stylist showed up to work which seemed ok by the business owner/manager who then proceeded to charge me twice what was discussed with the woman who booked my appointment. I was very detailed about what I was looking for, how long my hair was, etc. I can understand some overall adjustments but who knew toner, among many other things is an extra cost? Sadly the unprofessional start and mind blowing add-ons made for an unpleasant experience. Will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, will not be going again. Has absolutely no skills. Went in for the appointment and the first question they asked was if we would like to add extra money for blow dry. We were confused and asked for clarification, and apparently they are willing to let you walk out with wet hair unless you pay the unreasonable $45 for dry blowing.
When they wash your hair it feels like a rinse and basically just touching your hair. The “massage” was just softly touching your hair as well. The hydrating treatment left my hair even drier, and the way they blow dry the hair by pulling hard is just brutal. After drying, there was a lot of hair that were unforgivingly torn off that I had to deal with. Again, they dried only the hair and my scalp still felt damp.
After drying they put at least 3 different oils on your hair and now you end up with hair that looks like it hasn’t been washed for at least three days. It was flat and stuck together in strands. It took three times to wash out the oil in my hair but the smell of the product is still there.
Do not go unless you really want to damage your hair for hundreds of dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Elizabel at Remix for approximately 5 years and the reason is, she’s amazing! Elizabel is meticulous about her work, her colouring skills are above anywhere else I’ve ever tried. I also like the fact that Elizabel won’t sell you something that’s not achievable, she’s patient and honest about explaining your hair journey and there’s no hair damage here.
Elizabel is also great at ‘up do’s’ , she’s done my hair for many events including my own wedding.

It turns out perfect every time, worth the price! She also recommended a shampoo and conditioner and I am so happy I purchased it. Clean and friendly salon.
